How do I create a list of all my visited tabs(history since the beginning of time)
I have more than eighty thousands pages I have visited since I created my profile.
It is really slow now and I need to make a list of all the pages(the most efficient file format).
Can I do that?
You may be able to do that by using the SQLite Manager extension to export the history.<br />
You may need to do that in a few steps in case it takes too long to precess all history items in one run.

The main advantage of a server side solution is that it's dynamic - as you add pages the links would update automatically. Otherwise you will need to manually manage this page. -

One of my email accounts has been hacked. So I need to contact everybody I ever sent an email again to warn them about fake emails sent from potential impersonators. First, I want to gather all their email addresses, maybe creating a distribution list and send a generic email. But they are a lot, so copying and pasting is not an option. On the other hand, the 'previous recipients' list contain all contacts from all email accounts I have.
Second, I do not want anybody to see the email address from others as they belong to different organizations. Can anybody help me out?Apparently not. So I installed MIcrosoft Outlook for Mac and imported all the stuff. It was worth the hour or so I spent on it and I have a distribution list.

How do I create a list of only weekdays in Numbers?
I would like to create a list of weekdays in one column. Using the highlight & drag method doesn't work, as Numbers repeats the highlighted list, instead of extending it. Here is what I am looking for:

Thanks!All i did was type in the first weeks worth (say Jan 2 through 6). You can type the first and fill down for the other 4. Then in the next cell down (B6) just enter =B1+7
This will add seven days to the first "monday" located in B1. Fill it down and it will continually add seven days to the date 5 rows above it.
NOTE: this does not account for holidays. If you need holidays excluded, we need another method

I would like to create a list of all the files I have in Album. (I am using Photoshop Album Started Edition 3.)

[AS CS2] Create a list of all items whose clipping type = detect edges
I am creating myself a light preflight script for Indesign CS2 documents where a part of it creates a list of all the images that have had the clipping path "detect edges" applied. But I am struggling to work out how to address the clipping path settings. This is basically what I have tried:

I have been using Mail for the past three years without need to send a regular mailing list mailout.
I now need to send group emails and all I want to do is browse my contacts aquired over the last three years to create a list. I have not used Address Book for anything other than phone contacts so please do not point me in that dirrection.
There must be a list of all email contacts stored somewhere on the Mac that I can look through. It is an almost impossible task to do this by browsing my inbox/sent folders.

a. log in as that specific user.
b. run terminal
c. type "echo $UID"
d. write down the user id that will be displayed
1. Go to the finder
2. go to the user home folder
3. click the box with the magnifying glass (upper right corner of the window)
4. type .jpg
5. a menu will pop under the magnifying glass box, select "jpg image"
6. click the "plus" sign that's displayed to the right of the word "save"
7. two pull down menus will appear, select "other" from the first one
8. a new window will pull down, scroll to "owner" and select it
9. back in the original window type the user id (a number) to the right of "owner" "equals"

How Do i create a list that will show in a dropdown box with the list being pulled from another tab and not the cell data format junk?

Now i have been trying to work on this for a while now and what i want to do should be simple but its apparently not.
Here is an example of what i want to happen.
I will have 2 tabs: Contact | Sales
Now Contacts will have the list of names and various information about a customer, While Sales will have one drop-down box for each Cell Row that will show the names of the person in tab contacts
for what i am wanting to do i cant use the data format pop-up menu because the list is edited everyday several times a day.
