You have to select one or the other.
Try making two documents and see if you can merge the .pdfs, but their will be problems with page flow, making the pages shift. Can't see it working really.
Pages is not the only solution out there or the best for most jobs (let alone the safest). Try Word for Mac, LibreOffice (free) or any App that has the features you need.

I am trying to record a vocal mic and a keyboard (using a software instrument) at the same time using Garageband 10.0.1. It seems that I can't record the mic input and the software instrument at the same time. I can record the mic input by itself, and I can record the software instrument by itself (if I don't have a mic input track created), but I can't record them together.
It seems like this should be an obvious thing to be able to do, but I can't figure out how to make it work.
Can someone help?

I would recommend you to use 0FI_AP_4 rather using both, particularly for many reasons -
1. DS: 0FI_AP_4 replaces DataSource 0FI_AP_3 and still uses the same extraction structure. For more details refer to the OSS note 410797.
2. You can run the 0FI_AP_4 independent of any other FI datasources like 0FI_AR_4 and 0FI_GL_4 or even 0FI_GL_14. For more details refer to the OSS note: 551044.
3. Map the 0FI_AP_4 to DSO: 0FIAP_O03 (or create a Z one as per your requirement).
4. Load the same to a InfoCube (0FIAP_C03).

The work around is to do two documents, one in portrait format and one in landscape format. When finished export to Pdf. open in Preview by select both files and use Cmd + O or doubleclick. You can now in Previews thumbnail column the pages from one document into the other and then save.
If you have created only one with i.e. all pages in portrait format but with the content for the landscape pages rotated on the pages, you can rotate the pages in Preview. Two ways to get the same result.

There is absolutely no reason why they should not bothe be able to connect to your WiFi network. The easiest place to start would be to reboot your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in again. I would also restart both the iPad and the iPhone.

Check your settings. The iPads have a small switch on the right edge. It can be used as a rotation lock to keep the screen from automatically reorienting itself as you move around, but you need to have the tablet’s settings configured properly. If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. The iPad will support multiple Gmail accounts, but of course you have to set each one up individually. Did you set up both accounts? Go into Settings/ Mail, Contacts, Calendars to confirm both accounts exist. If they do, also familiarize yourself on how to navigate between accounts to make sure you can view your Inbox. You may also want to check your settings to make sure that you have the default account set up as you expect for Mail, Contacts, Calendar, and Notes (if you're using all those features). That is important only when initiating something new, you have to have a default account to do such a thing so make sure the default is your account since it is your iPad (assuming that's what you want).
Alternatively, install the free Gmail app and then use only his (or your) account with that app and use the standard iOS Mail app for the other account.

If your tables are big it could be necessary to do the filtering (according to your condition) in an early step (the first CTE).

I have two I phone 5's( one is my girlfriends). We shared one apple ID. When I updated one of the phones to 7.1 I started recieving her text and she is receiving mine. Also when I text here it shows up on my phone as a text to myself and also on her phone. I tried to create a seperate apple id for her phone to resolve the issue but that hasnt helped. Any suggestions would be appriciated

My wife and daughter had the same problem. Make sure the Send/Receive setting under Messages in the General section of Settings has the correct, and ONLY 1, apple id. Good Luck.

Why would there be both cyrillic and asian writing in my selection for "artists" when scrolling through my "device" under artists, for my device "music" tab, but not listed anywhere that I can find in my Itunes library? Is there reason for concern?

i happened upon what is an artist's name (or a place holder for an artist's name written in cyrillics. Another artist's name two spaces down from that one is written in some form of japanese/chinese. Is this something I can ascertain what it is on my own, is this something that is common, or is this some sort of thing launched by the bad guys to hack my computer?
I cannot find any correlating artists when attempting to locate these "artists," in my Itunes library. This is some freaky stuff!

Possibilities include source files with multiple tags, tags in Reverse Unicode and/or ID3v2.4 format. Select one of the entries so that you can identify which track it belongs to and then investigate back in iTunes. You may want to try using the option Convert ID3 Tags... > None a few times followed by Convert ID3 Tags... > v2.3. This will lose any currently embedded artwork but should mean that the tag data is read consistently by iTunes and any devices.

Crop/ Straighten, but not both!

Really weird: I straighten a photo. Then I want to crop it, but when I click the crop tool (after doing the straitening), ACR, un-straightens the image!
I'ts like it's saying you can do one or the other, but not both.

Rather than a rude answer to b2martin how about providing some useful information. I read your original post, decided I couldn't tell whether you were describing your experience with the straightening tool, lens correction, or what.
If you're using the straightening tool, it creates a crop containing the tilted image with boundaries all the way to the original image edge, at least in ACR hosted by Bridge/CS6. Or maybe you're using Elements, can't really tell from your post.

I am coming back here after a long long time and re-touching the Labview after so long.
So, have some really basic question.
I have 15 LEDs, which I want to glow one after the other (First glows and dies, then second glows and dies, then third glows and dies and so on...).
I should be able to do it with a single button.
I know this would be a silly question but I am not able to make out since I am returning after a long time.
Can I please request you to help me creating such a program?

It sounds like you need to re-learn what little you knew by taking the online tutorials.

Oops, I forgot a step between 7 and 8 ... before syncing the iPhone I need to explicitly send the document back to iTunes on the iPhone, or the changes won't come over at all ...
and then one more thing ... Numbers on iOS does NOT recognize a number of key features of the OSX app, such as conditional formatting ... so after editing my document on iOS and syncing it back to OSX on my Mac, all of those settings are lost (no more conditional formatting, have to do it all over again)
What am I doing wrong ?
