How do i create multiple sequences?

LIke after effects, i can create multiple comps(sequences) by just dragging all my clips onto the 'create a new comp' button. then it can create a comp for each individual video. how can i do the same thing with premiere? I would have used after effects but after effects does not support 5.1 surround sound.
The reason why i'm doing this is so that i can deinterlace(60i to 24p) all my footage and use other filters all encoded at the same time.
so which would mean that each sequence contains the video file will be deinterlaced and converted from 60i to 24p, and then i would stick all the individual sequences into one big sequence and add other filters like color correcting and etc....

to craig: well, about why i'm deinterlacing it, i probably discussed that and found a solution around about how to successfully deinterlace form 60i to 24p here:

i had not idea i shot 674 avchd footages while i was at disneyworld, universal studios, and seaworld, and it took up to 66GB of space. i guess the problem is that i wasnt having an easy enough experience with the manual focus on the sony hdr-sr12.
So i guess my only solution would be to create and duplicate sequences and then manually adding a footage to each one?
if only after effects could handle more than stereo sound....

I am attempting to create multiple live USBs within one flashdrive so that i can boot various operating systems without having to buy multiple USb sticks. I am using a Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 Operating System currently. I am using the Terminal provided by the OS.
I would like to try Debian, Kali, Precise Puppy, and Sabayon- with one space left empty for whatever Linux OS I would like to try next. I have partitioned an 8GB flashdrive into the following sections:
name of intended OS,     space allocated for it:
1)Debian ........................1.32 GB
2)Kali..............................2.61GB
3)Precise Puppy..............163.7MB
4)Sabayon.......................1.77GB
5)TBD..............................2.14GB
I have figured out how to change the .iso files of the operating systems into .img files with the following commands:
hdiutil convert -format UDRW /path/to/input.iso -o /path/to/output.img
a .img.dmg file is created, this is corrected in the next line of code *please note: I am a a very beginner at programming, and would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you!

Thanks... I appreciate the reply. Since I wrote the previous email, I actually went and changed my apple id (the main id) and the documentation I looked at said iCloud will set mail up automatically(?)... I had it working before.
Also, I tried to manually set up the ID via the Mail Accounts screen(s) and I can't figure out what my server information is... Pop or Imap? What's the outgoing server and the incoming server?
I typically have never had problems setting up mail accounts (in apple mail) with no problem.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?

OK...this is a probably a very basic question but I'm not sure how to word it clearly.
How can I create multiple versions of a video within the same project? What I mean is that I have a bout 50 minutes of video and I want to make two DVDs using different clips from this original 50 minutes of footage. It would be a real pain to have to re-import the video AGAIN for the second DVD. I suppose I could drop anything I don't want to burn to DVD back into the clips pane but that would wipe out all my transitions wouldn't it? I want to save each project in their “raw” form so I can burn additional DVDs later otherwise I would just do them one at a time and not care about one of them being destroyed.

I should have fiddled with my computer more. I figured it out by creating a "Master" folder. And inside that folder contains more folders with my organized pictures. But, would still like to be able to do this all on the phone. That would make the iPhone just THAT much more simple.

I'm new to swing, and I have a project in which I need to create multiple sequence frame swing program.
To give you a better idea, I'm trying to create something that's similar to a self checkout shopping cart expect there is a frame where I need users to login. I already have a MySQL database setup for that.
Once the user passes the login frame, I need another frame that will show up to displace information, and multiple other frames to come and go.
I learn really well by examples, so are there any place I can find example of this. Thank you

I just got the newest generation Ipod Touch, and the itunes is not supported on my iMac G5. My parents have a Windows 8 HP computer. My dad's itunes account is on that computer. I am creating a website using FGL in DW CS6, v12.0 build 5808. I do not have Creative Cloud (do you have to pay to use this service?).
I have created one layout for my home page.
I would like to create several more pages, but I want them to use different layouts (as well as different content).
I tried to do something similar before using 'save as' (this was with a non-FGL), but whenever I changed the original page that I had 'save as'd' from, the layout in all the other pages would change too!

I'm a bit scared of breaking everything, as I am new to web design and have had to restart the whole process a few times due to messing up the fluid.css etc and other issues, so I am taking baby steps.
Happy to try whatever's suggested and, while I wait for (I hope) your responses, I think I will try the template thing, but from the reply the person who asked the question gave, it sounds like his subsequent pages changed too, as I mentioned above? *scared* ; )

I tried using different IDs for the other pages, but eventually one of the divs seems to 'break' - it overlaps other divs, or cannot be moved or resized (you can select the outline and it goes blue, but no 'move up a row' or down a row or 'lock to grid' etc icons appear and it can't be drag-re-sized), plus the green overlay disappears (just from that div. I'm aware of how to turn visual aids on and off), so it seems broken. This often seems to happen if you rename a div once it's been created; it does not rename in the layout.css on the right side panel (CSS Styles) in DW and the 'broken' behaviour above is exhibited. Do you know anything about this? Is this the 'edit this doc at your peril' stuff that most tutorials seem to mention? Am I doing something wrong?
I also tried making an FGL and saving out the original boilerplate.css, layout.css and respond.js. Then created multiple new FGLs and each time it created new versions of layout.css (called 'untitled-1', 2 etc.). Once I had created all the FGLs, I deleted all the new boilerplates and untitled.css files. Then restored the original ones and changed the link at the top of each page's html to refer to the same filename (the original layout.css), rather than untitled.css. I thought this might work and it seemed to for a while, but then as I had to add new div names for the sections on each page, it eventually broke (as above).
Anyway, I think you have a good point about different layouts and it occurred to me also while I was exploring and waiting for replies here. I think I will make one layout for all pages and go with that. I have a couple of questions about that though:
1. I think the max number of divs I want for one of the pages is 10, but some pages need less divs. If I only fill e.g. 8 divs on one page, will the other ones be sat there empty? I think they will actually...I guess I'm asking because I have not tried it yet (will do after this) and it takes so long to do this trial and error.
2. If the amount of content in each div is different, e.g. let's say Page 1 has 6 lines of content in div1, but page 2 may have an unlimited amount of content (I will want to add to it in the future). Will this result in the div on page 1 being a huge block of empty space after its 6 lines?
