How do i deactivate an account because i purchased a used mac

i purchased a macbook pro from my father and the computer still asks for his user name and passwork for allowing me to download updates etc. how do i deactivate his account and turn mine on? and if i deactivate his account will it deleete the apps that he paid for?

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

No, not unless it is simply a network connection.
How is your IPTV being provided.. if it is using a separate vlan or separate vpi/vci in the adsl connection. Who is your ISP?
Is the TP-Link ADSL?
Is the IPTV using a separate voice channel on adsl?
Or a different vlan.
Sorry but it is something where a definite answer is not possible unless you provide all the details.

If you have not already, disconnect the shuffle, and try restarting your computer. Then, run iTunes. Connect the shuffle and immediatey try doing the Restore again.

it tells you when your warranty expires which is 1 year after you purchased it, thats possibly the easiest way, but if you bought it from a store it may be different as it may be the date they purchased it.

to turn off the messages about outdated plugins, enter "about:config" into the address bar of the browser, confirm the info dialog, then search for the preference named "plugins.hide_infobar_for_outdated_plugin" & double-click it in order to toggle it to "true".

At the end of installation, there was a notice that I would receive confirmation of registration by email. So I went into my Adobe account with my old, non-existing ID, changed my ID and password. The account is now in my new ID. However, I have received no email confirmation of the registration of my software to the working email address. Also, when I check my account, it does not show the purchase of the upgraded version of CS. Is this a problem?

You likely need to call Adobe about this. No one here is going to be able to help you resolve issues in their database.
