Hey Guys, I got a situation here.
My comp crashed, and didnt deauthorized my itunes account on that pic b4 I reformat everything, replace some parts and fix it.
I think Ive breach My limit of authorized computer.
How can I deauthorized that account (on the breach computer)
and authorized my new one because I want to transfer my purchase.

Hey neil, Thx for the link, ive followed it, but when I try to log in, there is a message saying
"We cannot complete your itunes request, an unknown errors has occured 9808"
there was an error with itunes store, please try again later.
does the same thing happend with you too?

The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases.
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion.
Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases. Without syncing: File>Transfer Purchases

Unfortunately there isn't a download available for PSE 6, so if you didn't save your original download, I'm afraid you're out of luck. The downloads available at adobe are mostly the trials for older versions and for PSE 6 you couldn't activate the trial by entering a serial number so it wouldn't help you any.

You have a backup of your computer, or at the very least of your iTunes media, correct?
Simply copy your backup of your iTunes media into the iTunes library on your new computer.
Connecting and syncing your device to the new computer without first recovering your iTunes media is a really, really, really bad idea. iDevices are designed to ONLY sync with one computer. When you plug your device into a new computer, it will wipe all media on the device when it syncs. The only media you may be able to salvage and transfer to the new computer would be anything bought directly on the device.
If you do not have a backup of your iTunes media, then you will want to either look at a way (using software from a third party company) to either extract the media from you iDevice or your old computer (assuming the hard drive is not toast).

The internal backup battery is not expensive and, in most iMacs is user-replacable. If yours has a tray-loading optical drive like this one:
it takes a major teardown to replace the internal battery. If this is the case, you'd be better off to leave the computer plugged in all the time; that eliminates the main reason for having a working battery.
If it has a slot-loading optical drive like this one:
things are much easier. The battery is visible through the RAM access door on the bottom of the computer case. The manual:

has sketches of how to access the RAM and therefore the backup battery. Unfortunately, the pdf on the manual goes up sideways on-screen and the RAM instructions are pretty deep into the manual. It's probably easier to scroll (for a while) to the section on adding RAM and print the applicable pages.
When you work on the battery, some sort of non-conductive pliers or large tweezer or forceps help unless you have tiny fingers. Make sure to note the polarity of the old battery and install the new one in the same orientation.
The battery itself is readily available. If price is no oblect, you can get it for a small rasom from Radio Shack Store ("Tandy" outside the US) as part number 23-026.

You might try with a bit of general maintenance/ checking:
Boot from the installer disk, select language if applicable, choose utilities, run Disk Utility and verify (and repair if necessary) the drive. You can verify a drive from DU on your main drive while booted but I have found this can result in incorrect reporting of errors. To repair your drive you have to run it from a drive other than the boot drive anyway.
Next, boot from your drive in [Safe Mode|http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107393] and repair permissions. You can repair permissions while booted from the installer disc but this uses the permissions configuration on the installer disc which may be out of date if you have run any updates on your computer. Booting your computer to Safe Mode restricts the number of things running on your computer while permissions are being run and does a bit of spring cleaning at the same time.

My computer crashed and has recently been reformatted and unfortunately itunes has been deleted. I don't have my itunes backed up anywhere but i did manage to retrieve it when a similar thing happened a couple of years ago. Unfortunately the link is now outdated so i wonder if someone can send me information or instructions on how to reload my itunes library from my ipod.

I have had 2 computer hard drive crashes that were authorized iTunes accounts. Since they crashed, I don't know how to de-authorize them. What happens after all 5 of my authorized account computers crash? I can no longer listen to music purchased through iTunes?

I believe this might of worked after all. I did like you said and double clicked on the My Catalog file. PSA and it just put in the timeline and dates on the pictures but had a ? mark and no picture. I then chose to dowload files from the My pictures folder that the downloader was directed to for each download. It seems to restoring the photo's and putting them with the tags and all. I am so relieved because I had 37,500 pictures that would of been untagged and out of order. I learned my lesson to do a backup more frequently! Thanks for your help. If I would want to update to PSE 9 is it compatible with windows XP?

Where / how to download Lighroom 5 Upgrade after computer crash (already purchased Lightroom 5 key)

Hi,
I have got Lightroom 4 on Windows 8.1 and have purchased and installed an upgrade to LIghtroom 5.
Now, after a computer crash and restore, I have installed previous versions from CD up to LIghtroom 4. I need now to upgrade to Lightroom 5 and cannot find where / how to download the upgrade.
NOTE that I do not want to change to Lightroom Creative Cloud but need to download the Lightroom 5 upgrade in order to be able to activate it with the purchased key.
