If your intention is to use the trial again it will not reset if you reinstall. It will remain in its ran out state.

How are you trying to copy them over ? You should be able to copy them over to the TV Shows section of your computer's iTunes via File > Devices > Transfer Purchases

Have you downloaded the Application Manager?
You may try to restart the Creative Cloud application by quitting and relaunching it.

The activation servers are probably overloaded with everyone trying to update to iOS 7 today. You might need to wait and try again later.

I need internet explorer 5.5 or greater in order to use an online course. I can see that there isn't a mac explorer update but is there another way? I tried the wine bottler app and it didn't work for me.

HT201272 Trying to download lost purchases and it is not working...
I am trying to download my previous music purchases from iTunes. Some of my music was backed up on an old drive and a lot of the newer purchases were lost. It says that those files were "downloaded" and I am unable to re-download them. Is there some other way I am able to redownload the purchases that were lost? Thanks!
If you have the files or partial files somewhere on your device the iTunes store will tell you that they have already been downloaded. You can try to delete them from your library by holding Option and delete keys. Then if the store does not detect them, I think you can fool it into downloading them again. They say that your purchases are always available even if you delete them.

Open iTunes 10.6 or later on your computer. (You can download the latest version of iTunes here.)
If you're not already signed in, click Sign In, and enter your Apple ID and password.
After you've signed in, click Purchased on the right side in the iTunes Store under the QUICK LINKS section.
From your Purchased page, click the tab for the content type you're looking for (Music, Movies, TV Shows, Apps, or Books).
Click Songs or Albums to change the page view and All or "Not in My Library" to view your purchased content that currently is not downloaded on your computer.

A friend gifted me the new single Super Collider, but I never got any e-mail or message at all. He paid for it, got charged to his credit card, and I received nothing. He tried sending it multiple times, without success, then he tried with a different email account of mine, which didn't work as well. We have the same country store on iTunes.
Both my emails have an associated iTunes account (both same country as his)
I checked my mail everywhere I could, no spam folder, no trash folder, no main folder, nothing.

I'm trying to download Stuffit Expander and it's not working
I've downloaded several programs, i.e. Yahoo Messenger and BuzMe(Mac versions), but I get blank icons. When I clicked on the icons, it said I have to choose and application to open them with. I went to download StuffIt Expander and when I click to download it, I get a page full of symbols(I downloaded the version for Mac 10.3 and higher). I don't know how I'm going to get this to work. Try right clicking/control clicking on the download link and selecting "Download Linked File". Alternatively, if StuffIt email you the location of the download file, paste that address into the (Safari?) address bar and press option+return to download it. -
Why don't my tabs save anymore when i close Firefox. I'm not asked to save and i want to! i've tried looking in the help database and it does suggest settings may be wrong but does not offer any suggestions to fix.
You can use "Firefox > History > Restore Previous Session" to get the previous session.
There is also a "Restore Previous Session" button on the default <b>about:home</b> Home page.
Another possibility is to use:
*Tools > Options > General > Startup: "When Firefox Starts": "Show my windows and tabs from last time"
You can set the warn prefs on the <b>about:config</b> page to <b>true</b> via the right-click context menu or toggle the value with a double left-click.

What is going on with my iPad update. I waited for four hours letting it "update" and after the alloted time, it tells me that I needed to update my iTunes first. After doing that, I can't even get into my iTunes. It says a file is corrupt. This is making me less and less impressed with these updates. I have trouble 80% of the time.
What iPad model and what iOS is it currently running? Are you trying to update the iOS via wifi or connected to your computer?
If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect the iPad to the computer, open iTunes. Then select the iPad under the Devices heading on the left, click on the Summary tab and then click on Check for Update.
