How do i delete an app that came with the latest 8.2 software update?

Since you can't delete apps that are part of iOS, you should try the same thing I do. I create a folder which I call Worthless and move to the last page of my iPhone. I then put all the apps that Apple includes with iOS into that folder. With the name Worthless, I never even tempted to look in there again. That is about the only thing you can do with worthless apps that are included with iOS.

First try a hard reset. To do this, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
If still no luck, try downloading another free app from the App Store.

Correct. An app can only be updated under the Apple ID that was used to orginally acquire the app. If that is a problem you can delete the app and download again under the new userid. If you paid for the app you will have to pay again. Your old Apple ID does not go away so there is no reason to not use it to download the apps.
You cannot delete the apps that came with IOS. If you want to "hide" the apps simply put the apps into an application folder by dragging one app onto another. You can do this to all the IOS apps.

Plug your phone into your computer and pull a back up if you have on from itunes.
Also verify you phone is using the correct software 6.1.3 or 6.1.2 Iphones are known for "losing" things when software becomes out of date.
If that doesn't work then I'd advised doing a a factory reset. Make sure you back up your phone to itunes first.

I Was in the map app playing around and by mistake entered some places that I do not want. I've tried everything to delete them, but cannot find a way to clear them. I have even dropped a pin on one of the places and now I cannot remove the pin. I tried reporting a problem with the place that I dropped the pin and it reported it to Apple. The MOD files are actually mpeg2 files and should be able to be converted using mpegstreamclip, although you may have to manually change the file extension to mpg.

My new Menu Button that came with the latest update is now missing.

I removed the button because it was bothering me thinking there would be no repercussions but now I can't find it because it contained the customization menus. I have searched through the other menu options but the only route to the customization is now hidden in the now missing button.

My wife and I own 3 apple devices. For ease we use one single Apple ID on all devices. Issue occured when my wife purchased the iMAC whilst I was overseas - during the in store set up (not knowing the impact) allowed the shop assistant set up a new Apple ID for her; resulting in the in built iLife apps (such as iPhoto) being associated to that Apple ID. We have since used the original Apple ID for everything on the MAC.
The problem occurs when app updates for the original iLife Apps are released - I can't update them under our Apple ID.
Can I delete iPhoto and re-install under our original ID without loosing all our photos - or is there an easier way to change the ID of the Apps?

If you simply just changed the email associated with that appleid you can just delete and Re-download the apps.
You can verify the above step by going to the App Store on device > Updates>Purchased - if you see the app there just delete it from the home screen and redownload from the purchased section
Now if you got rid of that account entirely, you will have to delete and re-purchase on your new account

Press the command and r keys when turning on your Macbook. Do not release those keys until you see the apple logo...
Disk Utility will pop up.....Your choices are to reinstall, you will not lose anything....
if however, you decide to format/erase your drive, then reinstall, you will lose everything...
suggestion - back everything up and do a clean install.

You are welcome! I played with the 928 in a Verizon store and really liked it. Besides the great camera and Nokia Maps, I'd be pretty excited about Nokia Music, too. As I understand it, this free app lets you create playlists from its entire music library, which can be stored on your device to listen to any time.
