How do I delete an extra Apple ID in Lion?

I just upgrade and it seemed to me that the final set up was telling me I needed a new ID that was also an email address so I fillowed the instrucitons and set one up.
My first time having to Log In (adding phonenumbers) my LastPass auto filled my old ID and it worked so I know that I have two active ones not that my new one replaced the old one. I disabled auto log in and signed back in but how do I delete the old ID? Apple support dacs say multiple ID's can be confusing but I didn't find an article on removing ID's.

Specifically:
To change the Apple ID associated with your account, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Users & Groups, and then click Change next to Apple ID.
To disassociate an Apple ID from your account, select the Apple ID, and then click Delete (-).

I get double entries to my calendar when I sync. How do I delete the extra event.

I have double entries to my calendar after a sync. How do I prevent this from hapening and how do I delete the extra events.

I installed iSync from my SL backup and all went well as it showed up in my applications and when brought up on the screen, launched, I reset the history.
When trying to sync my calendars again I first uncheck all calendars via iTunes, syncronized and then check the one I wanted and syncronized again. No difference, ended up with many multiples.
I then searched a little further using spotlight typing in just iSync and a developer file showed up that looks like it is designed to reset the history but no sure. I opened in in Komodo but don't know how to proceed from there.
Here is the file: Under Usage it seems I could run this file but not sure how to. Could you help with this or am I on the wrong track?

Find My phone is ON.
Question 1. How do I delete this unwanted apple ID and replace it with mine?
Every attempt is twarted by the request to switch off Find My Phone.

I had a similar problem myself. This is what helped me.
I went to the App store app, scrolled to the bottom, logged out of the account, re logged in with my Apple ID. Then went back to app updates. Once I put in my ID password all was fine.

One, you cannot delete an Apple ID, all you can do is stop using it and let it fade away.
Two, apps are permanently tied to an aPple ID and can never be transferred to another. You must use that same ID to update an app, or delete the app and repurchase/download under another ID.
