I have a copy of all the apps and everything, so i'm ready to get.. Except i don't know how. Like restoring your iDevice will delete all apps and files and totally reset everything. I want to do this with my Macbook7,1. I have Lion yes, but using the built-in recovery, i don't see any feature to delete everything and reinstall. And for some reason it says my Harddisk is "locked" using the feature deleteing and reinstalling Lion, but i guess that wouldn't delete everything, so Please help. I've heard that it could optimize my system and don't say it wont, just help me!

I'm having a very hard time understanding what you're trying to do, but I get the idea you're trying to erase the hard drive an reinstall a clean copy of the system. There's really not much point to doing that if your system is working well right now, but as you said, I'll just help you and skip any further advice.
When you download Lion, the installer will open automatically. If you let it run, it'll install and then auto-delete the installer, which is not what you want. Follow these instructions to create a bootable Lion install disk:

The player makes a distinction between removing a track from the Now Playing and actually deleting the track from the player, and you can't delete a song while it's playing. If the song is playing, Remove will be your only option, and then it will just be removed from Now Playing but not actually deleted.
To delete a song fully from the player when you aren't docked, you find the track in the music library and use the little drop-down menu button (the lower right button) and you can choose Delete. That's why you think you're removing songs but they don't go away - you just removed them from your Now Playing list while still leaving the track on the player.
The best way to delete everything, in my opinion, would be to just pull up all your tracks in the Organizer when you are docked and then select all of them using the Shift key (click first, hold down shift, then click the last one) and then just hit the delete key. Or else you can reformat, like the others said.

To delete everything from the iPhoto Library select all photos in the "Photos" view and press the "delete ⌫" key.
You cannot delete your photos without effecting the Facebook albums, if you are syncing your iPhoto library albums to Facebook. See Terence Devlin's post here:

The problem could be that you don't have enough storage on the device itself, not on iCloud. Go to Settings>General>Usage to see how much "Storage" you have available on the device. Farther down the list is the available storage on iCloud.

Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage; there, tap the device you need info on and the resulting screen lists Backup Options with which apps store data on iCloud as well. Tap Show All Apps to get the complete list of apps and MB used for backup storage.
A device needs many MB of storage in order to perform a backup to iCloud.
