I am new to this all. How do I delete my existing ipod shuffle CD's and sync my new
CD's in. Also I over filled it and don't have a clue what to do.

Married 18 years and joined to the hip. Didn't need to go meet friends for we were meant to compliment each other perfectly. Thank any kind soul to help me through this. It, everything, is too hard right now. I'm not clear headed.
When you connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes you will see the iPod in the source list to the left, under DEVICES. To the LEFT of your iPod you should see a gray arrow, if you click on it so that it points downward you will be able to see what you've synced to your iPod. (You will see "Music" below the iPods name once you've clicked on the arrow) If you click on Music, below the iPod you are able to click on any songs you don't want and hit "Delete" on your keyboard.
Make sure to click on the song to highlight it and then hit delete.

1) Open itunes on the computer you want to deactivate. Make sure you are logged in. Under the "Store" menu, pull down top "De-authorize this computer"
2) If you no longer have, or access to, the computer(s) you want to deauthorise,
Log in to iTunes, go to "view your account info" on the itunes store,
Deauthorise all five,
(Please Note: this can only be done Once every 12 months)
Then re-authorize your current Computer(s) one at a time..

You'll need to contact the previous owner to get them to remove the account.
There is no way to bypass this security feature. If you can't contact the previous owner you have wasted your money and have a phone you'll never be able to use. -

Remove documents from iCloud

If the music on this nonworking Shuffle is not in your iTunes library or in a backup somewhere, I'm afraid you are out of luck. You'll need to redownload any past purchases you had on there via iCloud. It shouldn't cost you anything. See here for more details.
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
For all other non-iTunes purchases content, you'll need to redownload/re-rip it to iTunes again from its original source such as another MP3 store or from CD.
If the music that was on the older Shuffle is still in your iTunes library, simply configure it to sync to the new Shuffle.

The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases - File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back -

Yes, he purchased Mountain Lion on his Apple ID. It is licensed to him. What he should have done was erase the HDD and install the system that the Mac shipped with. Erase and re-install either from Recovery Partition or the disks the Mac originally shipped with. Then, purchase ML with your own Apple ID and install.

When you delete the account from your device, you will be given the opportunity to save Safari data, reminders, calendars and contacts to your device, which you can later merge with the other account once you login.
You won't be able to save your photo stream photos in the same way, so if you have any photo stream photos that are not already in your camera roll, you should move them there before you delete your account.
Your iWork documents can be saved to iTunes on your device, but if you have them on a Mac they would be much easier to save to your desktop there. You can move them back after you switch.
Notes can be shared to messages or mail and copy and pasted back after the switch. Although if you have a Mac, you may find it easier to do there. You could also use a temporary secondary account (see last item) to log into both accounts and copy and paste directly into your other account.
You can set up Mail forwarding at iCloud.com mail preferences (little gear icon-bottom left) to receive mail from your old address to your new one.
As an alternative to just switching, you might consider switching and adding your previous account back as a secondary account at settings > mail, contacts, calendars. You would still need to move your photos and iWork documents and save your safari data, but you'd have access to your old mail, contacts, calendars, reminders and notes. -

Evesham Windows XP Service Pack 2Connect you ipod to your computer and then in the ipod settings select to manually manage your ipod, then when you connect you ipod you just add new songs to your ipod yourself and songs you have removed off your hard drive will stay on you ipod. BEWARE if you restore your ipod you will lose the songs you have deleted off your hard drive

My client accepted the invitation. Now I have deleted this appointment from my iCal and my yahoo calendar. But my client is not able to delete the appointment in his iPhone 4S. What can my client do?
My client already went to the next apple store. There they told him to plug in his iPhone 4S to my iMac. Then he would be able to delete the appointment. Honestly, this does not make any sense to me. Why does my client have to come to me and plug in his iPhone into my iMac to get a meeting deleted. What if my client lived in a different country?????
