How do I delete .me account from i cloud

My main iCloud account is showing a .me account as an alternate account and it's stopping me from recieving and sending iCal invites. How can I delete the .me account?

You can't. Evidently you either migrated from MobileMe or created an iCloud between that service's demise and the introduction of the @icloud.com address. The @me.com and @icloud.com addresses are the same thing: they deliver into the same inbox, and you can't delete either.
I don't see how having an @me.com address should cause problems with iCal. If you give people your @icloud.com address that should work perfectly well - indeed they both should. You could try asking in the iCal forum.
As you may be aware, you can create additional addresses in the form of 'aliases' which also deliver into the same inbox: these can only be @icloud.com addresses.

Being a protective parent, I put my kid's iPod onto my cloud. Now he is using up all my space and he is old enough to have his own. How do I delete his iPod from my cloud and then how do I get his own cloud for his iPod? Any help would be great!

To migrate him to his own account, on his iPod go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (only deletes it from his device, not from iCloud), and when prompted choose Keep on My iPod. Then set up a new iCloud account with a different ID, turn iCloud data syncing back on, and when prompted choose Merge to upload his data to the new account. Then enable iCloud backup to back up his device to the new account.
You will then have to go to icloud.com and manually delete any of his data from your account. Also, on your device go to Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of his device on the Backups list, then tap Delete Backup in order to delete his backup from your account, freeing up your space.

At the present time, you can't hide or delete an app from your purchased list on your phone. Prior to iOS 6 you could hide it; there has never been an option to delete it.

You cannot delete the Bonjour or iMessages in the Messages app.
You were never able to delete the Bonjour account in the earlier versions of iChat that preceded Messages.
Obviously your account is still active (Enabled) in the pic.
The Sign Out just "remembers" the last Apple ID used and waits for your Password - you can change the apple ID at this point.
To fully remove the details from the pane do the following:-
With the Messages app closed down (and Signed Out) use a Finder window use the Go Menu > Go to folder
Enter ~/Library/Preferences in the dialogue box that appears
Find the com.apple.ids.service.com.apple.madrid.plist file and Drag it to the Trash (Delete it)
You may wish to also delete com.apple.imagent.plist as this holds some Account Info (It "listens" for "calls" when the computer is ON but the app is not)
Also the Keychain will hold the Password for the Apple ID And the iMessages IDS item which you might also want to remove.
However the madrid item is enough to clear the pane in the Preferences.

I suspect you might be referring to your iCloud email aliases, which can't be seperated so far as the inbox is concerned. You might consider making some mail rules to move them into different folders.
