How do I delete my app data?!?!

With some apps you can simply go to to the settings and there will be some way of deleting your data and starting from level 1, But from what I've seen there's no way to do that with this app. If it helps the app is called Fast and furious 6 the game or something. I want to start from the beginning. I've tried even reinstalling the app, but it apparently SAVES all the data (even though it clearly says that by uninstalling an app it will delete the data.) And I just want to flipping' reset it. That's all. It's there any way of deleting the saved data of just ONE app?

You should be able to delete the application data of a specific application from Setting>General>Usage. Some application will allow you to swipe the Documents & Data and select Delete. If this does not allow you to do so attempt deleting the application from here and re-downloading it. Also if you do not see the application immediately from Usage it may take a moment to load depending on how much content you have stored and may even require you to select Show all Apps at the bottom of the list. How can you delete an app without losing saved data/progress? Is there a way through iCloud? I have an 8gb 4th gen iPod touch. I have a lot of music, so with 8gb, space is limited. Some apps I have take up 20-30 MB. Some of these games I don't play that much, but I don't delete them because I have made a lot of progress (levels, scores, acheivements). It would be nice to delete some of these 30 MB apps that take up precious space, and them redownload them in the future when I have more space, but without having to start the whole game over.
Also, I read somewhere that there might be a way to do this with iCloud, but I don't really know how.

Apps can't be deleted from iCloud as they only reside in the App store. Also, the apps themselves aren't taking up space in your iCloud account. They only thing in your iCloud account would be the app data that is backed up as part of their iCloud backup, but this generally doesn't use much space. You can check how much is being used, and eliminate specific apps from being included in the backup, by going to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage on their device, tapping the name of their device under Backups, then checking the apps listed under Backup Options (tap Show All Apps to see them all). Turn an app to Off to exclude its app data from being backed up.

Unfortunately this all seems a little rough around the edges -- for example, I have found updates for AppStore apps on the support.apple.com updates download site, but then when I install them via ARD they don't actually update the software. (The AppStore icons still show as needing the updates, and the version info reports the old version.) The documentation is also vague about which AppleID to use in which circumstance. I think they just haven't finished thinking through the implications of the various procedures and policies upon the various kinds of customers. When we deployed Mountain Lion on the school lab, we made an install usb and went around and installed it on each computer -- and it appears that you are on the honor system as far as paying for all of the licenses that you install. We did! But they appear to have no way to enforce it.
So far, I have only deployed 9 Lion macs in my day job, and our "solution" to the AppStore showing updates problem has been to drag the AppStore icon off of the users' docks so they don't see them!

In iTunes under the Apps tab for the iPhone device just uncheck any app you don't want synced to the phone. When you next sync the app will be removed from the phone but remain in the iTunes library.

At the present time, you can't hide or delete an app from your purchased list on your phone. Prior to iOS 6 you could hide it; there has never been an option to delete it.
