How do i delete my Icloud photos?

I have deleted them from my computers Icloud photos but they are still on my Iphone, i have also turned everything off on my desktop and my phone settings, but there is no option to delete the photo when i click on it from my Iphone.

What "iCloud" photos are you referring to, specifically? Photos in your Camera Roll can be backed up to iCloud, but you have no direct access to those photos so unless you delete your entire iCloud backup, you cannot delete them. Photo Stream resides in iCloud, but not anywhere you would have access to unless you mean you deleted the Photo Stream photos from your computer. That would not remove them from iCloud or your device.
Photo Stream photos remain in the Cloud for 30 days or for 1000 photos. You can delete them from individual devices, but whatever is in the Cloud will still be there. If you turn Photo Stream off on a device, it will delete the Photo Stream photos from the device. But if you turn it back on, it will re-download whatever is currently in the Cloud for Photo Stream.
So, not sure what it is you are wanting to do? What photos are you trying to delete from your device? You can only manually delete Camera Roll and Photo Stream photos from your device. Photos in other Albums cannot be deleted on the device directly.

You can delete photo stream photos from iCloud by just deleting them on your iPod. My photo stream photos are automatically deleted from iCloud after 30 days anyway. Just so you are aware, deleting photo stream photos doesn't free up any space in your account as they don't use your personal iCloud account storage.
You can't delete music from iCloud because the music isn't stored in your account; it's stored in the iTunes store. What you are seeing are links to your previously purchased music in the iTuens store, allowing you to redownload them if you want to. You can't remove anything from your list of previous purchases. If you don't want to see these "iTunes in the Cloud" purchases in your song list, go to Settings>iTunes & App Store and turn off Music under Show All. LIke photo stream photos, this music doesn't use any of your personal iCloud account storage.

The reason for this is that photo stream photos are only kept in iCloud for 30 days. When you enable photo stream on your new phone you will only receive photo stream photos from the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud.

Connect to you're laptop. If you are using Windows:
Click "File Explorer"
Click "Computer"
Click the iPhone
Find "Camera Rolll"
Select all of the photos and delete them.
For Mac:
No idea how macs work but it should be something like the instructions for Windows :-/
As far as Photo Stream, they will automatically be deleted after 30 days and they do not take up iCloud space so you have nothing to worry about.

You'd have to go into the various apps on a device that is also stored on iCloud and begin trimming files.
Backups:
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backups>Manage Storage; there, tap the device you need info on and the resulting screen lists Backup Options with which apps store data on iCloud. Turn off camera roll and any other apps that might have a lot of data. Then delete the backup. That will free up space. Photos should be regularly synced to a computer (like you store photos from a digital camera) using either USB via iTunes (on a mac use iPhoto or Aperture to move them to an album) or using photo stream. Go to Settings>iCloud and turn that feature on.
Emails:
Regarding emails, on the computer, move emails from mailboxes in icloud to those on the device. That can also save a lot of space.
