How do I delete old WiFi Accounts?

I have two Macs running Mavericks and an iPhone and iPad both running iOS 7. I can't delete old WiFi accounts with no password that I no longer wish to connect to. Every time I delete them in System Preferences, they keep coming back. I've disabled iCloud Keychain, deleted the SystemConfiguration folder, then when I reenable and RESET iCloud Keychain, the WiFi networks come back.

I am having the same problem which causes my computer to keep connecting to an unsecured network in the area. I have deleted the same networks out of my advanced network settings multiple times now and they keep coming back. Can anyone help?

This can be done by removing the apps that request the old Apple ID from the device, then redownloading the apps that have been removed, after verifying that the correct Apple ID is signed in on your device.

How do I delete old wifi networks from appearing in the wifi icon in the menu bar.

Just bought a new Airport Time Capsule and is up and running OK.
When I click on the wifi icon in the menu bar all my old wifi networks appear
which are then viewable by neighbours although the networks themselves are PW protected.
In system preferences>network>advanced I have deleted all my old N/Works allowing only
my new one to appear.
How can I delete the old networks I no longer use from re-appearing in the list under the wifi icon?

When you delete old networks in System Preferences > Network > WiFi > Advanced, be sure to click the OK button, then click the Apply button in the next window that appears.
You also need to delete the old networks in KeyChain Access as follows:
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access
Click on the name of an old wireless network to highlight it
Click the Delete key on your Mac
Do the same for other old wireless networks that you no longer use, then restart your Mac.

In short Apple IDs cannot be deleted. So if you are not using it on your phone make sure you replace it with another one. If you go to: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/wa/directToSignIn?loc alang=en_US
You can edit the primary email account for your Apple ID and this can change your mail email account associated with Apple.
If you keep getting these messages, change your primary email to your new Apple ID or do a reset on the device.
Settings, general, reset, software reset.

If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.

The reason for this is that photo stream photos are only kept in iCloud for 30 days. When you enable photo stream on your new phone you will only receive photo stream photos from the last 30 days as older photos are no longer in iCloud.

I have a apple ID/password which i have created, however my current itunes account/icloud account are set up/picking up my old email address which i no longer have access to and dont know the password. i have tried to delete the icloud account but it says i need a password. I have tried the forgot password option on apple to which it doesnt recognise my birthday as being the same as their records for some reason, and i cant access the reset email as i dont have this address anymore.

you can´t delete an icloud account without using the password.
if you can confirm that your iphone is not locked to icloud device activation with this AppleID your are not aware and you have no access for - you can attempt to "erase all settings and content" on your iphone, to remove the icloud account from your iphone. all your data will be erased and iphone is set to factory settings

You need to go to Manage your Apple ID, https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/, and sign in with your current Apple ID and password and do the following:
1.     Edit your current Apple ID and change it back to the ID which is displaying for your iCloud account. You do not need to verify it - this is only a temporary change
2.     Go into Settings>iCloud on your device and delete the iCloud account. Use your current password when your are prompted for a password
3.     Once the old iCloud account is deleted, go back into Manage your Apple ID and change your ID back to the current one
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with your current ID and password
That should take care of your issue!

The account on my phone is linked to an old email adress that no longer exists and won't accept any of my passwords (although, this account did accept a pasword several days ago to restore my old phone to it's original settings but it won't accept that password anymore...)
