How do I discover what, if any, cookies a website sets when I visit it?

Is there an easy way to estabish what cookies a website has set when I visit it using Safari?
Do all websites use cookies,or is it a decision at the desging stage to use them?

You just need to monitor your list of cookies before and after visiting the site. Of course, it is probably easiest to delete all cookies before performing the experiment.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy is where you can get access to all stored cookies.
And, yes, the cookie thing is a design decision, not mandatory.

Inspect Element does not tell me what font is substituted.

There is a panel for that in the Inspector. On the right side, where you normally see CSS rules, look for the Fonts tab. It should show the actual font being used by the element selected in the HTML "tree" on the left side.
Oops, you posted using Firefox 24. It might not have been in that version yet. Are you waiting to make the leap to Firefox 31 ESR because of... ??
Note that you are a little behind on updates: 24.8.1ESR was released on Sept. 24.

Can I find out what (if any) pantone colors were used when creating a PDF I received (Pro X)?

I am being asked to get a quote for a piece that looks to be two color but all I have is what they are telling me is the print ready PDF and they don't know how it was built. I have tried properties, prepare for..., etc and I can't find anything that will tell me the color makeup in the document? Is this possible with Acrobat Pro X?

You cannot.
Apps will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased. You will always have to update them using the same account.

How can I choose what default number my iPhone 4 chooses when I select a number with multiple contacts as a favorite?

Everytime I click on a contact to add to "My Favorites", it randomly selects the info that it will use as a default contact for that number, and recently it's only been choosing the e-mail for FaceTime (which not all of my contacts have) instead of the mobile number, which is what I would like to have it default to for each contact. Go to Phone > Favorites.
Select the + button to add a Favorite.
Select the phone number for the chosen contact that you want to add as a Favorite. You can add the cell phone number and the home number or office number as separate Favorites for one contact.
And I just used the Add to Favorites option for a contact. When I selected Add to Favorites for a contact with more than one phone number entry, I'm provided a list of the phone numbers to choose from for the number to be added to Favorites.

How can I identify what kind of mistake my website was made?

My site http://bepducnhapkhau.vn/ has many 404 errors. I know it through webmaster- aps by Google.
Sometime when i try to redirect it, it seems has no useful. It's just one of my problems because there are still many different mistakes.
The design of that web was made by a design web agency and i suppose they bought a theme in Wordpress Theme Library and confix somthings. So, the problem is there are many erros in our website from heading structure, analytics data....to the way its perfomed on mobile.
I wonder if i should tell them to find these mistake and correct them or order them to built a new one, and if i can find out the cause and fix it by myself?

How to get rid of the ARRAffinity cookie with websites?

In this
forum post here it is explained that Azure websites use application and request routing (ARR) to keep a client (browser) always on the same VM instance.
For my website sticky sessions are fatal for scaling and I need to make 100% sure that all subsequent requests from every client are equally distributed through all VM's. Some clients will make almost no additional requests, but some clients will do a hell
of a lot of subsequent requests. Now the round robin distribution of only the initial request could (and mathematically eventually will) end up in a situation where the heavy load is sticky to a single VM.
Of course I could add some JavaScript to my application to delete the ARRAffinity and the
WAWebsiteID cookies set by ARR to make sure the delivered page looses it's stickyness. It would be re-added with every subsequent request and I would have to delete it every.single.time.over.and.over.again. This seems to be a non-optimal solution.
It would be better, if I could disable this behaviour completely for my website. Is there a way to disable the VM stickyness in Azure Websites through ARR, or do I really have to manually delete the cookies after every single request?

You can disable ARRAfinity cookie by including this in your web.config:

Safari 4.1.3 cookies not staying set when safari is quit

Hi,
This post is a solution I couldn't find out there.
Problem: out of the blue, when i opened Safari 4.1.3 on Mac OS Tiger, I get the login EVERY time for email, forums, etc. even though I used to be able to check the "remember my account" button and not have log in every-time I started Safari. I have cookies set to "always accept" and "private browsing" turned off. But its like the cookies aren't being saved anymore for my safari session, and upon restarting Safari the next day, i was having to login to the websites every session.
Solution:
Look for your cookies.plist file. Mine lost the ability for my account to read/write to it. So I had to delete /Users/<myaccount>/Library/Cookies/Cookies.plist (when Safari was not running). Restart Safari, it will recreate this file as a blank file. Permissions should now allow you to read/write the file.
This fixed my issue of having to login EVERY time I started Safari.

From your Safari menu bar click Safari / Preferences then select the Autofill tab. Make sure: *User names and passwords* is selected.
Your passwords are stored in Keychain Access (Applications/Utilities). If you have problems logging in to a site, quit Safari. Launch Keychain Access. Select Passwords on the left. Delete the keychain for that site.
Relaunch Safari. Login to a site with your login data. When you see the dialog asking if you want to save that info to a keychain, click Yes.
If you still have problems, open a Finder window. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left. Now open the Library folder then the Preferences folder.
Move the com.apple.keychainaccess.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac.

The reset link will show under the two questions on your account if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account. If you aren't getting the link then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I think you misunderstood. Both the MAC address and IP address will be displayed when you use the instructions from Tesserax.
But, if you don't know what the MAC address is for your computer, for example, you won't know which IP address is associated with the device.
You will see a list of all of the devices on your network displayed in this format:
22:ab:44:zz:66:yy 10.0.1.3
If you don't know which device 22:ab:44:zz:66:yy is, knowing that it has been assigned an IP address of 10.0.1.3 won't tell you very much.

Your steps so far are OK but you may want to try:
1 Trash your user library Caches folder (House Icon with short name in Finder window (hard drive window)GOTO:House icon > Library folder > caches folder
2 Trash the com.apple.Safari.plist file in User library > preferences folder > Safari.plist as well as removing the library Safari folder its self.
3 you can selectivly re-install Safari 2.0 from your OS Tiger Install disk 1, (see Knowledge base article 301229 for how to just select the Safari Application) without doing a complete system Archive and Install.
4. Create a new Test user account on the system and test how Safari responds in the Test user, see if its a user related issue and not system issue.
5. Still no Safari response? have to do an Archive and install (not preserving user and network settings)article 107120
PS. Issue may be related to actual internet connection connectivity, power cycle cable modem and router or airport if using one as well as the computer(keep unplugged for 3-5 min) and plug the cable modem in and then the router/airport then power on the computer. Do the Airport Admin utiliy (applications, utilities on HD_1)update.
- do a hard reset of airport knowledge base article 108044(Express base) and 107451 (Extreme base)
- Check with internet provider for connection issues "cannot find server" ect.
