How do i dissable the master password feature for saving web passwords , when i don't have the master password?
I have mistakenly enabled the need for a master password for firefox to autofill passwords for me.I have no clue what the master password is.Is there any way to disable or change the master password , without knowing what the master password is?
Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Awesome Tip for editing a PDF when you don't have the fonts
Needed to do this yesterday and looked online and found out how to edit a PDF file in Illustrator when you don't have the fonts. This is a godsend and thought others might benefit from it if they don't know about it.
Problem: You get a PDF file from somebody and when you try to open it in Illustrator, the PDF is using fonts that you don't have so it substitutes the fonts and screws everything up.
Solution: Create a new Illustrator document the size of the PDF.
Place the PDF into the Illustrator document.
While the PDF is selected, go to Object menu / Flatten Transparency
In there, make sure"Convert All Test to Outlines" IS checked.
Click OK and there you go, everything is converted to outlines, including the fonts and you can do with it what you want.
Enjoy!It's an excellent tip. This can also be done within Acrobat: Flatten transparency with Convert Type to Outlines toggled on, then Save As a new PDF, then Embed-Place the new PDF in Illustrator. It's a functionally identical process, although yours is superior because it requires fewer steps.
While Tom is right that you can't edit the text (because it isn't live), you certainly can, for example, include artwork from another party that would otherwise lose its typographic appearance. -
How do I deauthorize all the computers I have synced to my apple Id when I don't have the computers any more all I need is to get rid of the ones synced or authorized to my account so I can authorize my new computer thank u people :)
If you've reached the 5 computer limit then you can log into your account and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

I don't remember my password and one of the security questions for my account. I also don't have the same email account now as i did when I signed up.

Actually, I want to upgrade my WhattsApp application and as soon as I click the upgrade button in App Store, it asks for the password of previous apple i.d., which I don't have as I have bought this phone from somebody. You have to activate a new iPod by either setting it up via wifi network that has an internet connection on to connect to a computer that has iTunes and an internet connection.

Have you checked the Software update page at the App Store?
And do you have iLife '11 and iWorks '09 installed? Only these versions are eligible to be updated to the new versions. -
I tried to download the new Lion software, but was blocked. Apparently I don't have the Leopard version on my Mac. I have attempted to download THAT version but it doesn't appear to be available as a download. Is that correct?

I'm curious where you got the values of "approx 350 Mb each"? These apps are now embedded into iOS and AFAIK, their app sizes are not reported as user-downloaded apps are. -
