How do I dissociate an old Adobe ID?

A few weeks ago, I tried installing Adobe Flash Builder over Creative Cloud, using a friend's Creative Cloud license. However, neither of us knew about the 2-device limit on the program until I attempted to run the program. So, I'm trying to use my Adobe ID, which is attached to a free Creative Cloud with trial apps (that I created only two weeks ago), to install and run Flash Builder. However, even after uninstalling and re-installing Flash Builder twice using my Adobe ID, even to the point where the Adobe Download Manager reinstalls and appears to be attached to my Adobe ID, I still get the 2-devices error. When I click "License This Software" and sign in with my Adobe ID (in which case, by the way, my email address is automatically provided), I am forced to enter a serial number, which I do not have and could not find. When I click "Continue" and sign in with my Adobe ID, the program gives the error "Adobe ID Mismatch: The Adobe ID you signed in with does not match the Adobe ID associated with this subscription. Please sign in with the Adobe ID associated with this subscription."
So, how can I dissociate my friend's Adobe ID from my computer? A search of the Registry for my friend's Adobe ID turned up empty handed, and I am currently running a brute-force search on my C: drive for the same name, and am finding nothing. Part of me thinks that Adobe has my computer tracked, and that I need to either contact Adobe to get the program removed or contact my friend to deregister my device. What should I do?
EDIT: As expected, it not only affects Flash Builder, but other Adobe Creative Cloud programs as well.

You do not need a support plan to obtain support for your Creative Cloud membership. You can either contact our support team via telephone, go to http://www.adobe.com/ and select Help>Contact us for support options in your region, or contact our chat support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.
I do agree that it would be best at this point to work with a member of our support team directly. Please feel free to post your case number to this thread and I would be happy to review your interaction. You may also want to refer the support agent to this thread so they know what steps you have tried.

Try looking for the application here:
root: /Applications/Utilities/Adobe Application Manager/core/Adobe Application Manager.app
If you double click and it still brings up the CC app, then you'll need to quit the CC app temporarily. To do that, go to gear icon in the upper right corner (see screenshot)
With the CC app closed, try launching the AAM app again.
When you're done turning off the AAM notifications, go to root: /Applications/ Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Creative Cloud to launch it again.

How do I get my old Adobe Acrobat back. It worked great for what little I use it. I was updated to Acrobat XI Pro 11.0.04 and do not need that complex of software for just Creating a PDF file and being able to print a copy when I need it. Now if I try to print anything out of Word I am told my trial is over and if I want anything printed from word I have to buy the new acrobat. Why did is get rid of my old version which I got in school?

It should not have gotten rid of the old version. First try uninstalling the new version and see if the old version comes out of hiding.
If you need to reinstall the older version, you might be able to find it at the site linked below, but you will need to have the serial number for it to activate it to full use.

It is not that they are sending flash videos. Any video they send via there Mac or phone seem to need the update for me to view. Since one family is abroad and my youngest, a musician, lives across the country they keep me in their lives with videos. With the musician I can get videos on itunes but not in an e-mail or his website. I always have a note come up that I need to upgrade Adobe to see the video. I have tried dragging the multiple downloads to trash but they don't get removed. thanks for replying

Bob...I understand and appreciate what you are doing by suggesting that it is our (consumer) fault that we are not ready for this and that we got e-mails. However, in the busy office, I didn't have time nor the "want to" to start the process of switching over. I don't understand why you had to make it so hard on the consumer and why not just add what services you have added or updated, or whatever you did, to send now. Another aspect of the "new and improved" (which is never improved) is that now I have to type in the addresses whereas in adobe send, we could type in one letter and the addresses that started with that letter all came up and we could choose the one we wanted. This may not be big to you, but is to me and I can imagine a few more people. I'm sorry that I have not embraced this change with open arms. Now I have to decide whether to stay with it or not. This seems to be exactly what you want.
Since they have a separate "download" and "purchase" section, it's not clear to me if you have to pay the $49 license fee to use the utility. You may have to purchase the license to get batch processing.
Even if you do have to pay, my philosophy in life is that if someone can rescue some important pictures with their $49 utility, then it's worth the price.

I have two Adobe ID's this one and an old one which is used to authorise all of the DRM content on my ereader. The other ID is an old email I no longer have access to, tonight I tried to log in to the old account and it said the password had to be changed. It sent a link to the old email, that I no longer have access to. How do I access the old ID??

I read the link you send me and thanks, but the thing is that I still can't get into my Adobe Id, because when I try they ask me to reset my password in an email they will send me to my old account and there is the problem, because I don't have acces to that old acount, [email protected]
now this is my new email, because the las one it was hacked and I just can't get back to it.
So I would like to have access to my account and update this new email account, to have acces to my CC account.

How can i delete my old verify E-Mail and register with my new E-Mail into Creative Cloud App on the PC?

I want to register with another Account into my Creative Cloud. When i download Creative Cloud, they always say that i must accept and verfiy my E-mail at my e-mail adress, but i have forgotten the whole password of my e-mail. So i created an new adobe account and wanted to login with this account into creative cloud. but everytime i am in creative cloud i only can accpet and verify the old email, i can't do something else. i uninstall creative cloud and install it again from the new accout, but everytime i only can verify the old email. Could anybody help me and say how i can register with my new email , so that i can verify with my new email?

How can I deactivate an old computer that I know longer have? I own two computers and Adobe permits two computers on a subscription. However, when I bought my third new computer and didn't deactivate my old computer, I did not notify Adobe. Now, there is a message saying that I must deactivate the old computer to register the new computer. I don't know how to do this. Can anyone help?

You cannot yourself deauthorize a computer that's not working or to which you no longer have access. You can authorize a total of up to five systems, so unless you've hit that limit it's probably not really important that you deauthorize your dead unit now. Once you reach five total authorizations, a button will appear in your iTunes Store account that will allow you to deauthorize all your systems, so that would at that time recover the now-useless authorization.
If for some reason you really feel you need to deauthorize a system and you're not at the five-system limit, you can try contacting the iTunes Store customer support department through their Contact form (follow the on-screen instructions) and explaining the problem to them. They might be willing to clear your authorizations for you.
