How do I divide thousands of songs currently in a single iTunes account into 2 separate iTunes accounts?

When my daughter was small, I set up a single iTunes account that we both could use. Now, years later, she has amassed thousands of songs and apps that I have no interest in. Is there a way to set up a separate iTunes account for her and move her music, videos, etc to that account and delete them from my existing iTunes account?

I am no itunes account expert but I do not think it is possible to transfer file ownership between accounts.

Same way you did with the previous versions of iTunes.
To view the iPod in iTunes, Ctrl S to show the sidebar.
Create a playlist, add songs and sync that playlist.
Or drag songs to the iPod in iTunes.

Could you tell us a little more about what you want to do. Bear in mind that iTunes has nothing to do with your iCloud account.

You need OSX 10.7.2 or higher in order to access icloud. The mobile me account is now defunct (it closed down more than a year ago).

You can't. Once any part of the balance has been spent, the remainder can't be put back onto the card or otherwise transferred to another person(aside from Apple itself) through any means.

Save the file from Gmail onto your computer and add it to iTunes. How you save from Gmail is a Gmail question (their own support pages), not an iTunes question.

I'm trying to set up family sharing. I wish my Son (11) to be able to apply to me for purchases, as a "kid." The account thinks he is an "Adult" and does not offer this opportunity. To clarify: you are not being charged for the extra storage - it's complimentary to reflect the fact that you had storage in MobileMe. At the end of June it will disappear unless you care to pay to renew it.

How do I divide a long song file?

I have two sound files in my iTunes library which are each about 2 hours in length. If I want to burn them onto an audio CD they obviously are too large for one disc. If I attempt to burn them onto a CD in normal CD audio format, will the beginning of the file (I would guess the first 80 minutes) be burned onto the first disc and then will the remainder (about 40 minutes) be burned onto a second disc which I will be prompted to place into the drive or do I have to split the files myself before attempting any burning? How do I divide these lengthy files if that is what I will have to do?

Thanks NikkiG. The playlist will contain only one track - a 2 hour operetta with no breaks i.e a single 2 hour track. In other words, it will be a playlist containing only one file (song). I assume from your comments that this one file will be split automatically onto two discs when I burn unlike a more normal situation in which a playlist contains a number of items (songs) some of which are burned onto the first disc until it is full and the remainder onto a second disc.

How to solve showing thousand of records in table in single page.....??

Hi Guys ,
I have a table bind to ObjectListDataProvider and using hibernate 3
i set the pagination rows to 10 per page and enable the paginate button to true
but i was wondering why the application server or rather the JSF itself cannot handle lots of records displaying in one page.
for example i have 150 pages for 10 rows per page each
if i click paginate button to show all in single page , the cpu utilization hit 99% and my application will hang.
but it works okay if i have 8-9 pages for 10 rows per page and show all of them in single page.
Is there any way i can fix this or tune this up?
anyone experiencing this before?

Solved.
Somewhere in our code, while populating one of the columns of the table, we were resetting the VO which was causing the issue. Modified that method call to add a parameter to mention from which row should the table be populated.
