How do I do this in Photoshop ?

Hello All;
See attached file that I created in illustrator. I would like to know how I can do the exact same thing in photoshop except rather than a solid color fill, the fill must be a .jpg image.
Note that the edges of the swuare are rounded (by a specified degree) but the lower indent IS NOT rounded.I know there are a ton of tutorials floating around the web showing how to cound the four sides of a square or rectangle but I have not seen any tutorials on how to selectively round some of the sides and not round other sides. Note that I have a border around the image too.
This was atcually fairly difficult to do in illustrator and required a plug in - I hope it's much easier to do in Photoshop.

My suggestion is to not do it in Photoshop. Instead, bring the design into Photoshop and modify it there. There are numerous ways to do this, but the simplest may be to select the the creation in Illustrator and copy it (Ctrl + C). Then Open Photshop, create a new document (preferably a RGB mode document) and paste (Ctrl +V) it in.
Use the magic wand tool, color range or your favorite method to select the red area and then delete that selection giving you a window to the layer beneath. Open up the file containing the image you want. With the move tool drag it into the first document and this will put it on a layer in the first document. Move this new image layer beneath the original image. With the move tool selected you can position the image as needed. if you need to scale  the image select that image layer and press Ctrl +T and transform it as needed.
