i have same issues. updated all my ios on everything. downloaded a song on my phone and it tried to download on my computer but is grayed out and i cant play it and i cant redownload cause when i go to itunes it says i need to buy it again. wth apple get your updates and crap together. i also cant home share anything anymore

Same way you have always done it.
Select the iPod in iTunes and tick *Sync only checked items*.

I was buying a song, if I die young by the band perry on iTunes, unknowingly by the whole album for 10 dollars. I do not want this album and the album is currently paused in download. I can see songs that are not on my iPod.

When my iPod touch is not connected to Wifi I can still see all the songs in my "iTunes in the cloud". When I am away from Wifi I want to only see songs I have downloaded on to my iPod touch. When i do not have a internet connection I can still see all the songs. Is it Possable to only see songs that are actually on the iPod touch?

The problem may be that some songs by a particular artist have an album name, while others (the ones that are missing) have a blank album name. Try assigning an ablum name to the ones that are blank. You should then see them on your ipod under the "Artists" selection.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library and redownload them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
