How do I download a ringtone for my New Iphone 5s. I downloaded a free ringtones app called Ringtones #1. I already did this once with support from this site. I re read the thread. But I'm lost again.. I read instructions from ringtones #1.

Photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. If they are in photo stream, your new phone would only be able to access photo stream photos from the last 30 days; older photos would be lost.
Camera roll photos are included in your backup. If you are replacing an older iPhone, back up the old phone to iCloud, then restore this backup to your new phone when you set it up. This will transfer camera roll photos (and videos), text messages, settings, app data, ringtones, apps and other purchased media, etc. You might also want to import the photos to your computer for safekeeping as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.

There is a difference in what Kappy stated and what you stated. A major paid upgrade (v2.x to v3.0), yes, costs money, as it would in any other delivery stream. Updates (v3.0 to v3.1) to a a major version are free.
Most apps sold through the Mac App Store (MAS) are the type that use the simple drag & drop installation. Those are downloaded directly to the designated apps folder and installation is done. Large pro-type apps download an installer to your Apps folder. Those you can install at your leisure. The MAS does not have a lot of apps using this type of installation.
Be sure to always backup your MAS purchases, because there is no guarantee that the app will always be available for download in the future and it is your responsibility to archive copies.

This is our resident iPhoto guru, Terence Devlin's, advice:
You can move your iPhoto Library to an external disk or new Mac:
1. Quit iPhoto
2. Copy the iPhoto Library Folder as an entity from your Pictures Folder to the External Disk.
3. Hold down the option (or alt) key while launching iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Choose Library' and navigate to the new location. From that point on this will be the default location of your library.
4. Test the library and when you're sure all is well, trash the one on your internal HD to free up space.

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like you are returning to an old iPhone that has been erased and you would like to set it up as a new device without restoring from a backup which would affect the name of your iPhone, as well as the contents therein. Your media is stored in Final Cut Events folder > "name of event" > original media. The Final Cut Events folder is in your movies folder or at the root level of an external drive if you are using one to store your media. Simply open iMovie and under file menu select import movies. Navigate to the original media folder and import your clips to Imovie event library.
