How do i download adobe on my new computer after my old one crashed?
I purchased and downloaded Adobe Acrobat XI Pro in August last year. My computer has since crashed and I need to download it again. Can I do so without having to buy it again? I have my serial number still.

Ok so sorry for clogging the community!! I figured it out - you have to copy your videos into itunes manually. I did that, synched and all good!

If for some odd reason you have failed to backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod:
File>transfer Purchases
In the U.S you can use the newly released icloud, beta version, to get itunes purchases. open itunes store, click Purchased under Quick Links -

If your old hard drive works, you can put it in an external usb enclosure and copy your entire iTunes folder to your new computer. Otherwise, if you have to copy music from your phone to your computer that wasn't purchased from the iTunes store you'll have to use 3rd party to do so, such as Touch Copy (PC or Mac) or PhoneView (Mac only).

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back. -

Download, enter your serial number when asked, then activate it.
If for some reason it fails to activate, call Adobe Customer Service, they can help you.
Register your software. That way you can access your serial number if you lose it and you are on record as owning the software when you talk to Customer Service.

Hi, I need to activate my Adobe CS3 on a new computer because my old one died and I'm having difficulty. Tried the normal registration way and then logged in with my Adobe ID and can see the software and activation code already registered. How to get it on my computer registered?
If your two activation are in use you need to call Adobe. Install CS3 to to point of activation and call Adobe at that point. They have help me in cases like your My Disk crashed and I replaced it. Could not deactivate the crash activation. I done that twice over the years I've been using PS for around 20 years
