You can sync apps (and other media) from your iTunes library to the iPOd

You have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country, to download from its store. You can try requesting that the app be added to the Slovenia store, but unless the app's developer/rights-holder agrees to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

  • How do I download an app from the Mac App Store but not install it yet?

How do I download an app from the Mac App Store but not install it yet?
Can I simply download it and not install?
What if the App gets updated before I download it?
Why? Well, I am very busy and wish to install at my leisure even though I have purchased the App (required at a specific day in the month in order to appear on my business accounts).
    Thanks.

There is a difference in what Kappy stated and what you stated. A major paid upgrade (v2.x to v3.0), yes, costs money, as it would in any other delivery stream. Updates (v3.0 to v3.1) to a a major version are free.
Most apps sold through the Mac App Store (MAS) are the type that use the simple drag & drop installation. Those are downloaded directly to the designated apps folder and installation is done. Large pro-type apps download an installer to your Apps folder. Those you can install at your leisure. The MAS does not have a lot of apps using this type of installation.
Be sure to always backup your MAS purchases, because there is no guarantee that the app will always be available for download in the future and it is your responsibility to archive copies.

You can only sync to one iTunes Library/one computerbut you can manage music among different computers.  See:
Using iPhone, iPad, or iPod with multiple computers
The only way to sync app from the desktop computer is to make that the syncing computer.  You can't sync app from more than one iTunes Library/one computer.
To make the desktop computer the syncing computer you have to:
    - get all apps and other item on the desktop computer
    - Authorize the computer for the iTunes accounts inquestion
    - Connect the iPod to the desktop computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and selecting Backup
    - Restore the iPod from that backup

  • How do I download an app from the Mac App Store but not install it and save to do later?

I'm getting the free Lion download for new Macs from the Mac App Store, but am not ready to install it yet. It appears that apps (including Lion?) from the App Store automatically install themselves. Is there any way to save an App Store download (.dmg?) for later installation without having it automatically install? I asked Apple Support via chat, and they said it could be installed later but couldn't tell me how.

The Lion download is different than small apps. What you get with Lion is an installer. But be sure to make an extra copy because after using the installer it deletes itself.

  • How do I download an  app from a website?

I would like to download apps from website that offer them.  How do I do it?

If you mean a site apart from the Play store, you will need to set "Unknown Sources".  In Gingerbread, this is usually under
Settings>Applications>Unknown sources and check the box.   This allows apps to be installed from sources other than the Play store.
Then, you can use the browser on your device to go to the web site, download the app and then install it.  You can also use a browser on your computer if you have a way to transfer files to the phone (SD card or USB for example).
BUT....., make sure you that you really trust the web site!  Turning Unknown Sources on is considered dangerous as you can easily install malware, it is safer to only download apps from the Play store.   Once you have downloaded the app you need, turn Unknown Sources off again.
That said, there are times it makes sense for certain versions of apps that aren't in the Play store, but again, make sure that you understand the risks.

  • How do i download my apps from my cell to my mac?

please assist me in how to download the Apps to my apps

Sorry, but if your backup contains the forgotten restrictions passcode, then restoring from backup simply puts that same passcode back on.  In such a case, your only option is to restore as new and set everything up again from scratch.  No way around that if you cannot remember the restrictions passcode, or do not have a backup that pre-dates the creation of that restrictions passcode.
You will never see your iOS apps in finder or launchpad - they are iOS apps and will NOT install or run in OS X on your Mac.  They can only be seen in your iTunes list of saved apps.  They are saved in iTunes in case you want to re-install them from iTunes and not have to redownload them from the iTunes/App store.  Transfer purchases in iTunes merely copies items you have purchased directly onto your iOS device into your stored apps in iTunes.
Again, those are iOS apps, not Mac OS X apps - they can only actually be installed and used on an iOS device.  iTunes merely provides a means of storing them for you in case you do not wish to re-download them from your purchased list in the iTunes or App store on your iOS device.  All that actually is stored by iTunes on you Mac is a compressed installer for the iOS app and you would have to connect your iOS device to iTunes, and install those apps onto it in order to ever do anything with them.
P.S. for OS X apps, you use the Mac App Store on your Apple computer.

  • How can I download free apps from appstore?

I have an apple ID, but it doesn't work with app store. Whenever I tried to go app store it ask for my apple ID and password and when I put my ID and password it says "your ID not yet used in store please riview"....I don't know what to do? Can anyone help?

Unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store.
You could see if this post by mountaingoatgirl lets you review your account without needing to enter credit card details : https://discussions.apple.com/message/24303054
If not then you will need to enter your credit card details. If you don't have a credit card or don't want to enter its details (you shoud be able to remove it after entering it) then you will need to create a new account, and follow the instructions on that HT2534 page when creating it. If you want to use the same email address then you will need to replace it on that account first e.g. by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your phone, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com

  • How do I download an app from the iTunes store when I am living outside of the U.S.?

I recently updated my iPod Touch 4th generation to the iOS 6.1. I did this because many of the apps I wanted to get required the new software. But now that I have it, it won't let me download any apps. Every time I attempt to, a message pops up that says "Your account is not valid for use in the Australian store. You must switch to the U.S. store before purchasing." Well 1) I don't live in Australia, I live in Cambodia. And 2) I went to iTunes and it says I am registered to the U.S. store. Is there any way I can fix this? I never had any problems downloading apps before I updated.

You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

  • How do you download an app from a different country

I am an American currently living for 7 months in France.  I have wifi in my appartment but in order to use my iPod on the wireless network, I have to install an app from the telecommunication company.  I tried doing this, and it changed stores to the French one, but when I typed in my AppleID, it said that my ID was only valid in the US app store.  Do I really have to create a new account in order to use the French app store?  Or can I do something to add the French app store to my current ID?  Please help!

To switch your account to the French Store you need a French bank card and a French billing address for the bank card.
Go to the bottom of the MAS app and change the store to the US. Sign into your US account. Buy what you want.

  • How do I download an app from the App Store for another computer?

I have satellite Internet with low bandwidth limits meaning that updating software is nearly impossible without packing up my iMac and bringing it to a library or some other open WiFi spot.  I brought my laptop to the library and updated it with the newest iPhoto, but I would like to update the copy I have on my iMac.
What is the prefer method to do such a thing?
    Thanks.

I tried this with a few other applications and it worked, BUT not for iPhoto.  Interestingly enough my version of iPhoto on my Air is 9.2.2 and is reporting only being 256MB in the Applications directory.  My iMac version is 9.2 and is taking up 1.09GB of space in the Applications directory.  I only have 1 photo on my Air and use my iMac for my photos and editing.  I can't and don't use Photo Stream because of my bandwidth limitations.
Anywya, when I tried to copy the App from my Air to my iMac it crashed the app on the iMac, so I need another solution.
