When i start downloading then its playing but not its downloading. My firefox download list empty. Please help me that how do i download any file by using firefox.

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection 
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"

I have used Firefox for years on my Mac laptop for years, I tried to update to version 4 and now I have no Firefox and every time I download the the Firefox the emblem has a awhite circle with a cross through it, so I can't drag it to applications.

The support page is ridiculous, it assumes you already have Firefox and that the install went fine. I am having trouble with an update to Version 4. I have an ibook G4 running OS X. I have used Firefox for years. When I downloaded the update, the Firefox logo thing that you are supposed to drag to the Applications folder has a white circle with a line through it. I have rebooted many times and have updated all other software.

I have used Firefox for about 8 years & yesterday lost my Bookmarks Toolbar. Any suggestions? Still have the Bookmarks and it still appears under view.

I have used Firefox for about 8 years or since it first was developed and I love it!!!! I especially love the Bookmarks Toolbar and have used it all these years with no problems. Yesterday I somehow lost the Bookmarks Toolbar. It is still listed under View in the Menu. When I check beside it the area enlarges a small bit and when I uncheck it the area decreases a little. All my Bookmarks are still there, just not the toolbar. I have tried everything I know to try. I have uninstalled and downloaded Firefox again and reinstalled it. I have restarted my computer several times. I have tried dragging new bookmarks to the toolbar area from the website address. Nothing works. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing this and have a solution? I HATE it without this toolbar. Thanks in advance!!!!

If the menu bar is hidden then press the F10 key or hold down the Alt key to make the menu bar appear.
Make sure that toolbars like the "Navigation Toolbar" and the "Bookmarks Toolbar" are visible: "View > Toolbars"

*Check that the "Bookmarks Toolbar items" is on the Bookmarks Toolbar

When I click on a tab in the toolbar the tab flies off the screen to the right. Suddenly after using firefox for years I cannot load any pages

I'm using Windows XP. I've used Firefox for years but in recent weeks I've had the following problem. When I endeavour to open an internet site the tab appears in the toolbar at the bottom of the screen instead of loading the page. When I click on the tab it appears to fly across the right of screen and disappears from view. Fortunately we've left an internet page OPEN so that we can redirect our search via that. One last point. When I try to load any site in Links the tab changes to the correct name but then flies off as I've previously mentioned. Several sites will not respond any longer when I type or click on them. I have been using Firefox for years and all of a sudden, nothing.

I have been using Firefox for many years now and have been going to several sites on Firefox. Now, after an update around two days ago, I can't do anything with the sites. The cursor stays an arrow, and doesn't click anything. It's like a blank page with print on it.

I'd try starting Firefox in [[Safe Mode]]. If you don't have the issue while all of your add-ons, extensions, and themes are disabled, you can try adding them back in one by one until you find the culprit. I've been using Firefox for years. Now your load screen appears everytime I open. It's a hassle!

Every time I open Firefox to go to the internet I get a page that says thanks for becoming a tester, etc. Then you want me to download Firefox, which I've done 6 times now! Then you make Firefox Search my homepage. Then I change the homepage. Then a screen comes up saying AVG has been successfully installed. Then I use the internet and the next time I re-open Firefox I get the same bull##%% routine!

The offer from EE was presumably to fix the phone , which they are entitled to do, you turned it down.
You can either go back to them and take up their offer to repair or you can try the Nokia warranty which will involve you contacting Nokia direct either by taking it to an authorised/approved Nokia care centre or submitting an online claim under the warranty to Nokia and following whatever instructions they issue for sending the phone to them.
You have not so far contacted Nokia as you have dealt only with EE.
I'm surprised the EE assistant told you the phone was being sent to Nokia rather than their inhouse technicians although I think that was simply a mistake on the assistant's part.
How did you get a PAYG phone from EE? I thought EE were offering contracts only.
So far as time scales EE don't post phones backwards and forwards on an individual basis. The shops use courier services and the frequency of deliveries and collections will depend on the number of shops in a town and the level of goods going back and forth.
