My Apple App store is missing from my Ipod Touch 2nd generation along with my Itunes Store. & My Itunes on my computer won't sync newly downloaded apps or delet apps on my Ipod. How do I re-download my app store onto my Ipod?

The App Store and iTunes Store icons cannot be deleted from the device.
Swipe left of the Home sceen then type in App Store in the search field. Same for iTunes.
If you can't locate the apps tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout

You need an email address unique to each Apple ID. Why not just get an email address and create an Apple ID with a credit card?
Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

Unfortunately, ANY signs of 'neglect or damage' automatically become the cause of any issues you're having. As in it doesn't matter if your screen was flickering before it was dropped, when they see the dent or cracked screen, that screen flicker was caused by the drop. Because they have no way to know if you are telling the truth (it's nothing personal, they just literally dont' know) so any signs of damage become the reason for your issue. The only way out of that is if you had taken in your iPad and, even if you didn't get it replaced, an apple employee can have documented that yes, that issue existed before the drop.
It's not fun, I know, but that's just how it is. Any signs of 'neglect or damage' and that 'neglect or damage' is the cause of your issues.
