How do I download Lightroom and enter the key after I have already installed it on an older computer?
Okay, So I purchased Lightromm a few months ago and down;oaded it on my Mac. I now have a new Mac Pro and I can't seem to be able use the key code from the previous purchase.
Any suggestions?

I have recently repurposed an iMac from late 2009 as an editing machine, and have been trying to install preferably After Effects CS6. When I install and try to open it for the first time, the program quits unexpectedly and continues to do the same every time I try to reopen the program. After no luck experimenting trying to fix the problem, I attempted to download the trial of After Effects CC 2014 to see if the problem was with the computer or with the application. After installing CC, there was another error when I attempted to open it. My final attempt was taking After Effects CS5 from an old hard-drive and attempting to open it on the iMac. When I open CS5 I am greeted with another error message telling me to reinstall After Effects. After reinstalling I get the same message.
I am confused to whether my computer can handle After Effects, or there is another error occurring.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to find out if I can download lightroom and pay the $9.99 for the yearly contract however within the next few months if all goes well, I am hoping to have a new laptop. Will I be able to transfer and download again or would I have to cancel (then be charged the 6 months) and start a new contract with the new laptop. Thanks!
No, just install the creative cloud application on the new machine and log on using your adobe account and you should be able to install direct from there without uninstalling from your previous machine. You can have it installed on multiple machines, you just can't simultaneously use it on more than one machine, which is why it makes you log on to the creative cloud.

Thanks.There is a difference in what Kappy stated and what you stated. A major paid upgrade (v2.x to v3.0), yes, costs money, as it would in any other delivery stream. Updates (v3.0 to v3.1) to a a major version are free.
Most apps sold through the Mac App Store (MAS) are the type that use the simple drag & drop installation. Those are downloaded directly to the designated apps folder and installation is done. Large pro-type apps download an installer to your Apps folder. Those you can install at your leisure. The MAS does not have a lot of apps using this type of installation.
Be sure to always backup your MAS purchases, because there is no guarantee that the app will always be available for download in the future and it is your responsibility to archive copies. -
I can't download the Adobe Edge Reflow. The file's downloading is successfull but the file doesn't go to my Creative Cloud so I can't install the programme. I have already install the Photoshop CC and the Reflow Plug-in for Photoshop.

1. I am running on Windows 8.1
2. When running the installer file from https://creative.adobe.com/products/download/reflow I get the following choice
I click "OK" which doesn't do anything for me (CC is off).
I turn CC on and run the installer again. I get the following window that within few settings disappears:
Then - just for half a second it says "Launching Creative Cloud desktop" and then it brings CC to front, and that's all.
RF still not there.
3. I spoke ta support agent on the Adobe chat on Friday. He looked into my computer for an hour. Uninstalled After Effects (after failing to update it). For some reason all apps disappeared from the list. They then reappeared after he opened PS.
This morning After Effects is still showing up in my system and is operational.
Weird.
4. At the end the agent suggested maybe Firewall is the problem here. Trying that out now. -

I have (sorry forgot to add that). I was switched around and finally I was told I would be put through to a supervisor but after being on hold for about 10 minutes the phone went dead, I did not lose connection so I do not know if I was hung up on or there was some technical difficulty. I called again yesterday and did in fact speak with a supervisor for Account Security but he told me he did not know why it was happening and put me through to a different number but that ended up not being any helpful either. That's when I decided to give it a shot on here!

How do I download Lightroom 4 from the Adobe website?
I purchased Lightroom 4 about a year and a half ago and chose the download version as opposed to the disk sent to home version. I erased the contents of my hard drive recently and now I don't have Lightroom 4. I'd like to download it again. How can I find it? Thanks.

After downloading SP0, and entering the product key, get Evaluation message
I have bought CR2008, then downloaded SP0.
I entered the product key from my original CR2008 cd.
Now every time I start CR I get a message: Evaluation Copy: This will expire in 7937 days. etc.
Now 7937 days is 20 years, so I am not afraid of loosing the use of CR but it is rather annoying.
How can I turn this message off??Install SP1 and then SP2

I'm getting the free Lion download for new Macs from the Mac App Store, but am not ready to install it yet. It appears that apps (including Lion?) from the App Store automatically install themselves. Is there any way to save an App Store download (.dmg?) for later installation without having it automatically install? I asked Apple Support via chat, and they said it could be installed later but couldn't tell me how.
The Lion download is different than small apps. What you get with Lion is an installer. But be sure to make an extra copy because after using the installer it deletes itself.

How can I get updates for Photoshop CS5 to download to my new Mac book pro where CS5 is already installed from my original disk? I have tried many times over 2 days. The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:

I automatically read my emails that go to my Outlook account. It still goes to my iPhone as well. So at the end of the day when I pull down to refresh email I still get all the emails I have already read on my desktop appearing as unread. Does anyone know how to make the sync up so that you don't have to go through your emails twice?
The same thing happens on my mac but vice versa. I read my emails on my phone then I get on my mac and I have all these "Unread" emails that have already been read on my iphone. Is there a way to get them in sync and dismiss an email if it has been read on another device?
