How do i download my copy of photoshop elements 11 on multiple computers?

I have the serial number for my purchase, just not sure where to enter it to get it to download on my new computer.

1st, the Adobe license allows you to install and activate on 2 computers... you install on the 2nd computer the same way you did on the 1st one... put the DVD in the drive, or double click the installer that you downloaded, if you purchased by downloading

If you bought it from Adobe, your download link is still available on the Adobe site. Go to the My Adobe or My Orders link.
If not, did you not see the link Pierre posted above? I realize the forum font is kind of microscopic...

I purchased a new iMac Retna Display and converted over my other software from my old iMac. Most all apps converted fine, however Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 just launched with an error stating we needed to reinstall the application. We have the original serial number but can not find a copy of Elements 11 on Adobe's site to download and reinstall. Also, we can not find any contact information for Adobe support even though the messages in the forum state we must contact adobe customer support to resolve this issue.

I am having difficulty downloading my raw images to photoshop elements 11. Files are currently on a thumb drive, but I don't know how to download to elements. I have the thumb drive plugged in --- not sure where to go from here. I have verified that I have the plug in - version 7.1.0.354.
Any ideas?

You can either drag them in Organizer workspace or import the folder. Or you can also use Adobe Photo Downloader. There are many options listed here http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/getting-started/import-camera-or-card-reader.htm l

The laptop had motherboard issues so have taken the hard drive out and am running it externally on a new iMac - if i try to run the program it says error code 6 and that i need to uninstall then reinstall the product but I bought it online so don't have a disc

I had tried to download the trial version adobe photoshop elements 12 and had problems so when I uninstalled it, it also uninstalled my elements 8 that I already had. I have the disc and the key on the box. when I put the disc in computer, it just shows the files in a list, it does not run to download the elements 8 again like it did the first time...i did it.

You can't. Any version before Creative Cloud does not support high-DPI displays and that is just that. If you cannot adjust the system's screen resolution and so on, then there is nothing you can do.
