How do I download Photoshop CC?

After initially downloading Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 a couple of days ago, today Photoshop CC was totally unresponsive. I deleted Photoshop CC and have attempted  to download and re-install it, but now the download feature work.
Lightroom 5 continues to work normally. How can I download and re-install Photoshop CC?

You didn’t describe the details of “doesn’t work” to make it easier to guess what might be wrong.
If you haven’t, try going to the Creative Cloud site and download from there.  Clicking on the Ps icon is supposed to start up the AAM which should download things.  If that isn’t working, then post a screenshot to a forum message, using the web version of the forums, not e-mail.

You may also want to try uninstalling the Adobe Application Manager and download and update it to the latest version before retrying the install:
