How do I download Photoshop Elements 10 into my computer today? Jan 6, 2015

I had to have my hard drive on my Apple Macbook Pro changed recently under warranty.
I need to reinstall me Photoshop Elements 10, but don't know what to do after I put the disc in,
because Adobe no longer supports Photoshop Elements 10. 
How do I do this at this point?
I don't really see the need for a new Photoshop, when this one is good enough for the light duty I normally do.
Any guidance/help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you Mr/Ms Kelly for responding.
I did go to the page and read it, but then I have put it in disc 1/3, and nothing pops up on my desktop or downloads,
so I looked in my Finder box, and saw the program(s) under Adobe Photoshop 10, but don't know where to start. 
On top of this, Adobe does not give a basic webpage as in my instruction booklet that came with the software,
to start the downloading process anymore. 
Nor do they help you get started over the phone.
If Adobe support is this poor, not even giving me basic limited information to start, even though I have all the discs, cover and booklet still,
I am afraid to now buy another Photoshop program.
Can anyone help me and tell me where to start in my Macbook's Finder then? 
Is there a weblink to replace the old one Adobe took down?
Adobe, if you are listening, can you please help restore my confidence in your products?
