How do I download Photoshop? The download link is missing. All it says is "Up to date" but I haven't downloaded PS yet and it isn't on my computer.

Are you on Mac OS X or Windows?
Check that there is not a version of Photoshop CS6 yet on your system to uninstall. On Windows check from the Control Panel. On Mac OS X check at Applications > Utilities > Adobe Installers for a Uninstall Adobe Photoshop CS6 link.
If there is nothing to uninstall then you can run the Adobe Cleaner Tool which can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html. Use it to remove any traces of Photoshop CS6.
