How do I download the free games

I have the casino free games on my Ipad but can not load them  Why?

And what happens, does the app not open from your iPad's homescreen, does it open but not display anything ? The following are 'standard' things to try if an app isn't working as expected.
Have you tried closing the game app via the iPad's taskbar and seeing if it works properly when you re-open it ?From the home screen (i.e. not with that app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of that app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

    iCloud is a different set of features from iTunes in the Cloud.
    To download your copy of the album go to iTunes Store > Quick Links > Purchased > Music > Not in my library. You should find the album there. Click the cloud symbol to download.

    Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your within a few days or so.

    If there are multiple apps trying to download at once, only one can download at a time and the rest say "Waiting" until it is then their turn. Try this. Double tap the icon of the Waiting app, and it should resume the download.

    Another thing to try - Turn the iPad Off & then back ON.
    If that doesn't work:
    •  Log out of your iTunes store account.  Go to Settings > Store > Sign Out Then press the Home button.
    • Then press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously and don't release them when it brings up the Turn Off screen; keep holding them until the Apple logo appears.
    • After restart, the Waiting should be gone.
