i connected my 4th generation iPod Touch to my new iMac, and i tried to synced music to it, but a message says that iTunes needs a version 10.5 or later. How can i downloah it, if i go to iTunes.com and it says that i can only download 10.6 version?

iTunes 10.6 is later than iTunes 10.5, install iTunes 10.6.
What happens when you click on the Apple in the upper left and then select Software Update?

Seems oracle is not keeping the old setup files, but only the last version. (Or at lease, it seems to be like this).
Normally, only for WTG i think you could use 10.3.0.3 with no issues (WTG application in 10.3.0.2 pack has still version 10.0.0.0, but not the dll files).
But maybe you have somewhere the installation pack for mobile server instance you have.
Another option is to install developement kit from 10.3.0.3 and replace all dll files with the ones from your mobile server instalation from <Olite10ghome>\Mobile\Sdk\bin\

How to save downloaded version of CS6 to a flash drive

I have the Creative Suite 6 Web Premium version on my desktop hard drive. I downloaded the suite onto Windows 8.1 from Adobe.com in April of 2012. I want to save it to a flash drive so I can have a backup and also install it on my laptop, which is running Windows 7. If I just copy everything, will it install on the laptop and run properly, or is there something else I have to do? I have the serial number so I can put that in when it asks.

First, are you positive it is really not there? Have you looked in your iTunes folder in your Music folder, and in the media folders there? Do you see your media files?
If your media are gone it is a lot easier to restore from a proper computer backup. Your i-device was not designed for unique storage of your media. It is not a backup device and media transfer was planned with you maintaining a master copy of your media on a computer which is itself properly backed up against loss. Syncing is one way, computer to device, updating the device content to the content on the computer, not updating or restoring content on a computer. The exception is iTunes Store purchases which can be transferred to a computer.

As of Firefox 4.0 and newer one needs at least OSX 10.5+ and Intel hardware.

10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) is an upgrade from Leopard, which you apparently have (10.5.8).
iTunes 11 requires 10.6.8 (not 10.8.6 as you have typed). If your Mac is an Intel one with at least 1Gb of RAM then you can buy Snow Leopard in the online Apple Store (type 'Snow Leopard' in the search box rather than browsing for it).
Once installed, download the combo updater to bring it up to 10.6.8:

You will then be able to install iTunes 11. However if your Mac has a PPC processor you cannot install Snow Leopard and will be unable to proceed. To check this, choose 'About This Mac' from the Apple menu and look where it says 'Processor' - it needs to say 'Intel' for you to be able to upgrade.
