How do I dsable attack site warnings. I never got these before.

Where do I find the Security Tab to uncheck "Block reported attack sites". I never got this message before and I have always visited Virginia Tech's website for sports (Hokiesports.com) and I know it is not an attack site. Is this a new feature? I want to be able to visit the website.

Firefox's 'partnership' with Google to throw up 'attack site' warnings is a stupid idea, and I am considering dropping it as a browser.
Why the hell should I be forced to follow the opinions of some third-party like Google about a website. I'm a big boy and run noscript and pay attention to its warnings.
Like any adult, I prefer to have control of the software that governs what messages I get on my browser; I do not want some Google or Firefox clown deciding what I will see in the way of warnings.
To top it off and show you the mindset of these clowns, after I clicked on 'ignore this warning' a *second* message popped up with a choice including 'this is not an attack site'.
Now if you saw that, you would probably think, as I did, that by clicking on it I can send a message to the clowns and tell them that I do not think it is an attack site.
But that's not what you get: you get yet another web page lecturing you on attack sites.
If firefox has a mindset that makes it think that third-party control of its browser is just fine and dandy, especially something this egregiously intrusive, then they are not the kind of people I want anything to do with.
You people need to think again but putting this crap on your browser.

How does website data show sites that I never visited

I see websites showing up in my website data, sites I have never visited and I am wondering what is going on. Any thoughts?

I haver the same issue and can't get an answer other than 'its corrupted' , 'you need to restore' _ I know how to fix it, but why does it happen? - as I know for a fact I get things in top sites I have never ever visited - and I am not talking here about **** or stuff like that, just random sites - its in the algorythym I think

I'm trying to get my wife's RT to login to her company's Sharepoint site (I've never used sharepoint before)

I can login fine with her ID and PW on any other computer Chrome or IE. I have Win 7 on both my desktops and laptops all login just fine. I have checked the store and download a few programs. I can login with one of them, view the site
but I can't open any of the PDF files.
When I use IE the login box comes up but after enter the password it just does nothing after three tries the box will go away and the circle will roll but nothing comes up. After a min or so the password box will reappear.
I know the ID and Password are correct.
Any help will be great.
Its a Surface RT. Recently reset to factory and all updated installed.

Found out what the issue was... turned out that I typed the answers in wrong.
But I did go in and add in a rescue email just to be on the safe side.

How do you get your site removed from the reported attack sites list?

Our site https://mail.ccgs.nsw.edu.au/owa appears to be on the 'reported attack sites' or reported web forgeries' lists and is getting blocked in Firefox. This is a mater of urgency as we use Firefox as our web browser in this organization and there is a site wide outage, none of our staff can use their webmail. How do we get removed from this list?
When we have the site in the "Allowed Sites" list it still does not load.
When we un-tick "Block reported attack sites" and "Block reported web forgeries" the site works. Though we do not want to untick these for our users for security purposes.

I am not seeing this problem currently with that URL. Firefox refreshes the site list from Google quite frequently. You can check for new files in the following folder and if they are not getting refreshed, I suppose you could try deleting them.

Note that this is under the Local branch (location of cache) and not the Roaming branch (location of preferences, extensions, etc.)

How can we remove the "Attack Site" warning from our webpage?

We host several domains with Dreamhost. (1st mistake)
Our account was hacked and is being resolved.
We have taken our site down.
When searching our url, our prospective customers will see an Explorer message which reads a Dreamhost message stating this website has been "voluntarily parked". Site coming soon.
In Firefox, the Attack Site message in red is still showing. Can you please remove the message as our website is not available for public viewing?

I get a status 200 with a message from the site that it is under construction. If I am using the correct URL (www.usana2013.co.za) maybe you need to clear your Firefox cache.
The database of attack & phishing sites is not directly maintained by Firefox.

How to setup three SharePoint sites on one server? I have three sites like:

And need to have them running up on one server. I recall some changes need to be done to the host file, but not sure. Can you advise on what to change?

Is there a fix for Firefox being auto-redirected to known attack site from every new Google search?

Every time I do a Google search, the first link in that search clicked will direct me to a known attack site at http://64.111.212.229/ (URL followed by lines of gibberish code). It will occur only on the first link of any new search attempted.
My AV (Symantec Corporate 10.1.7.7000 version 12/8/2010 rev. 2) does not pick up any malware.
The problem does not occur in Google Chrome.
Does anyone have a similar problem and/or solution?
My Firefox: 3.6.13, OS: Windows 2003 Server Standard SP2.

@sergej0363: Well, nothing to stop you with your solution. I agree that some anit-spyware can be a bigger nuisance. Having said that, the problem you described may or may not look like a spyware problem though. I have found Spybot S&D to be quite serious and efficient, trusted by many.
It is not true that Mozilla is targeted specifically, although some browser-specific attacks may indeed occur, most often with IE. Assuming that your problem is indeed malware/spyware related it may be a matter of time until another browser is affected. And by no means Mozilla doesn't care. It actually has features like "block reported attack sites" or "web forgeries" when turned on. And Mozilla's OSS development model is usually considered to produce better security. But all this cannot always prevent e. g. drive-by infections or accidentally installing a spammer add-on.
As always, the classical triple precaution anti-virus, firewall, anti-spyware should help, besides keeping browser and OS software up to date and general.

The me.com website is not designed for or intended to be accessed by iOS devices. Apple provides support in iOS or seperate Apps for accessing all aspects of MobileMe except for the Accounts section.

Even if you use a different browser to get access to me.com on iOS, you'll find most of it is unusable.
Other websites that present you with the mobile version have been programmed to do so by their developers. They specifically look for users accessing from 'mobile' devices and switch to the mobile site. Many such sites provide a link to go back to the 'full' site, if not, there's not a lot you can do except use a browser that can pretend not to be a mobile browser.

How to create a muse site in various languages with multiple domains

I have been asked to create a website for a product. A very simple website with maybe one or two pages and one product for sale for which the client would like Paypal as the payment gateway. Simple right?
No! This client would like to market their product into Europe, they would like to purchase multiple European domains ( .fr, .de for example).
So how on earth can I do this? I will be using Muse for build and Business Catalyst for hosting.
Bearing in mind the client will not want to pay for separately hosted sites. Is there a way of translating the text for each domain. Or could I assign multiple domains but direct them to different home pages within the same site?

Can't figure out how to keep two different sites...

How can I keep two sites and be able to get to both of them. When I create an iMovie and go to the share tab to share it wants to put it in the last site I created. What if that's not the site I want it on? I can't figure out how to go back and forth to the sites and update them without them writing over each other...

I use iWebSites to manage multiple sites.. It lets me create multiple sites and multiple domain files.
If you have multiple sites in one domain file here's the workflow I used to split them into individual site files with iWebSites. Be sure to make a backup copy of your Domain.sites files before starting the splitting process.
This lets me edit several sites and only republish the one I want.

Before deleting a SharePoint Online site column I would like to check to see if it is being used by any list or library. I know how to do this when the site is on
premise using a PowerShell script.

Hi Colin,
Unfortunately the Get-SPOSite doesn't return a fully fledged SPWeb object like you're used to in On-Prem PowerShell.
The only way to get at particular objects like this is to use CSOM in PowerShell, however even then it doesn't return quite the same object that you see on prem. (In short, the method you want doesn't exist.. but I'll show you how to get there at least.)
You'll need the Microsoft.SharePoint.Client.dll installed (You can download the SharePoint 2013 Client SDK, just do a search for it.)
Once that's installed, then the following script will retrieve a single column which you can then run
$column | gm to see the available properties.
$siteCollectionURL = "https://<tenantname>.sharepoint.com/sites/etc"
$Credentials = Get-Credential -UserName "[email protected]" -Message "Enter the password for $AdminUser"
##Then we'll establish a ClientContext for CSOM.
