How do i email the apple staff to get them to help me with my problems

okay so i was watching a tv show on my ipad that i had downloaded... and out of no where it froze and then the screen went all weird and then there was lines on it and i couldnt get out of it or anything it was jsut stuck there! so i put it in my room and about two hours later i decided i could attempt to plug it to itunes and restart it that way but when i pluged it in it said the battery died so i left it pluged in for like 5 mins as i was on facebook,  and it said on my ipad that it was charging but it didnt hold a charge and  and on my itunes it didnt show anything. as if i didnt even plug anything in... IDK WHAT I DID,,,, and i cant email apple to ask how.. so i thought this might help in a way :/ i have only had my ipad since my birthday in july... :/

Using the Supplied iPad Charger and Cable... Connect to the Mains power and Charge for an Hour.
If the Device has not, or does not, turn on...
Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and “ Restore “...

    You can't currently transfer content from one account to another account. As long as the tracks are on the computer's iTunes that they use/sync to, and your account is authorised on that iTunes, then they should be able to continue to use them.

    Sounds more like you have a problem with your apple id. For starters go to that page click manage my apple id and singn in. If you can't sign in reset password.

    Did you try getting the password for the old account reset ? You should be able to do that via http://iforgot.apple.com - all of the content that you downloaded with that old account will remain tied to that account, so only that account can potentially redownload that content and/or download updates to its apps.
    To log out of an account you can tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and log out of the account and you can then log in with a different account. If using the account for iCloud you can log out of it for that as well via Settings > iCloud > Delete Account - if your iPad is on iOS 7 and Find My iPad is enabled then you will need to type in the account's password to disable Find My iPad.

    If you are looking for your Apple ID, go to FORGOT APPLE ID to find it.
    It is not a good idea to post your personal email address on a public forum. I will have the hosts edit it.

    Are you trying to change the Apple ID associated with your iCloud account?  If so, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID.  This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud.  Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
    To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account.  To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.

    If you simply just changed the email associated with that appleid you can just delete and Re-download the apps.
    You can verify  the above step by going to the App Store on device > Updates>Purchased - if you see the app there just delete it from the home screen and redownload from the purchased section
    Now if you got rid of that account entirely, you will have to delete and re-purchase on your new account

    Change it on what way ? You can update the primary email address on an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device and signing into the account, via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes or via http://appleid.apple.com
    If you want to log out of the account so that you can log in with a different account then tap on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store if using an iOS device and sign out, or on a computer's iTunes use the Store > Sign Out menu option. Any content downloaded by the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account, so only that account will be able to redownload it and/or download updates to its apps

    Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing when trying to create an Apple ID for your daughter.  Because her email address is associated with your Apple ID, you are receiving the message that the email address is in use. 
    To remedy this, you will have to first remove her email address from your account using steps 1-3 of the section titled "How to add an additional email address that is already associated with another Apple ID" in the article below and then attempt to create her Apple ID with her email address:

    If you have an email address that is already associated with another Apple ID, you may need to remove it from your other Apple ID before you can add it to your preferred Apple ID.
    Sign in to My Apple ID with the Apple ID that has the email address already associated with it.
    Find the email address that you want to move to your preferred Apple ID, then click Delete.
    Click Save Changes, then click Sign Out at the top of the page.
