How do i enable flash support

I want to watch a webpage that uses flash. When i go to it. It tells me i need to install flash 9.0 or later. But i already have flash and the stock browser can handle it.
The webpage is www.svtplay.se

Current versions of Fennec (Firefox for Maemo) have Flash disabled by default because it causes problems on many pages. We're working on fixing this for Fennec 2.0 so we can enable Flash on all pages.
The "YouTube Enabler" add-on for Fennec 1.1 enables Flash just on youtube.com, where it is known not to cause serious problems:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/addon/67650
To enable Flash on all sites in Fennec for Maemo (not recomended): Enter "about:config" in the address bar, search for "plugin," and change the "plugin.disable" to "false."
(Firefox for Android does not yet support Flash; we hope to work with Adobe to add Flash support on Android in a future release.)

  • How do I enable Flash in QT7???

I followed the directions in the Help program, but there is no Enable Flash button to click/unclick...wth

Your only options would be a purchase of an external Firewire hard drive and an older version of Apple OS X.
I have two externals that allow me to boot in various OS's and keep one at 10.3.9 another at 10.4.11. I also have OS 9 (very old) 10.2.8 and 10.5.1 so I can mix and match older software.

  • How do I enable BitLocker support (unlock drive) in WinPE 5.0 (on Surface Pro 2)?

    Hi,
I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 and I am running Windows 8.1 Pro Update 1.
I have been unsuccessful at building an image that provides BitLocker support.  I searched around the internet and found many posts.  Eventually, I ended up trying to build it with the various added packages I noted.  However, in the end,
none worked and this is the message I am getting after booting into my WinPE environment:
    manage-bde.exe - Application Error
The instruction at 0xa20afa3b referenced memory at 0x0000013d.
The memory could not be read.
Click on OK to terminate the program
Here are the commands I ended up using to build my WinPE image:
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\WinPE-WMI.cab"
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\WinPE-FMAPI.cab"
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\WinPE-SecureStartup.cab"
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\WinPE-EnhancedStorage.cab"
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\en-us\WinPE-WMI_en-us.cab"
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\WinPE-Scripting.cab"
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\en-us\WinPE-Scripting_en-us.cab"
But even with all that included, I still have the same error about the memory.
Does anyone have a WinPE 5.0 x64 bootable environment working on a TPM-enabled machine?  If so, how did you build your custom WinPE environment?
    Thanks!

You have to install the MUI files as well... for English:
    dism /image:C:\boot\macrium\mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\8.1\Assessment and Deployment Kit\Windows Preinstallation Environment\amd64\WinPE_OCs\en-US\WinPE-SecureStartup_en-us.cab"
This applies to any package that installs executables, it'll have a seperate MUI package that has to be installed or you get a non-sense error about memory that can't be read. Also, MS thanks for the wonderful error message, really went the extra mile to
    throw everyone under the bus.

  • How do i enable flash in Firefox?

    Nexus 7 2012 with kk4.4.
I have installed flash 11.1.115.81 as indicated.
I have tried installing and reinstalling 2x, each of these:
Firefox 30, beta, and Aurora. I've selected desktop site and plug in enable for each. NONE WORK.
only this Dolphin browser works and it works on the first try. But i don't want to use that browser!
Can someone please advise how to make this work, and furthermore explain why it isn't easier? No more Lego blocks!
    TIA

  • How do I enable Flash files to be viewable in a PDF?

My organization publishes our magazine in electronic form as a PDF. Our designer uses InDesign to layout everything and then exports it as a PDF. We have encouraged our authors to use Flash files within their articles to help demonstrate scientific concepts. The first author to do it gave us (3) files. When I have received the PDF for review, those (3) files show up in the layout as a generic black and white symbol and just underneath the Acrobat toolbar I get a message stating: "Some features have been disabled to avoid potential security risks. Only enable this feature if you trust this document."
I know many of my readers will miss this announcement and won't know what to do with the (3) Flash files. Is there any way to export out of InDesign to PDF and automatically enable the Flash files so they show up and play?
    Thank you,
    Mark Maio

You can right click and select properties, then you can enable the flash content for example when the page is visible or other options.
The issue is when you lot's of flash embedded content , you have to do this for each flash embed seperatley, witch is somewhat cumbersome

  • How can I enable multitouch support in Firefox for Windows 7?

I'm running Windows 7 Pro on a Fujitsu Q550 tablet. I would like multi-touch support, which supposedly was tried in Firefox 4 beta 3. I can't find an installer for that to try it out myself, and I don't seem to be getting the desired results from either the current Firefox (9) or the current beta for it (2). Does it exist as a feature that just has to be enabled? Is there another way (or another browser) that supports multi-touch on Windows?

  • How do i enable flash builder 4.6 to fit all screens

Hi, recently i've encountered a problem whereby my application is not able to fit all screens for the various handphones. Is there a way to allow the application to fit all screens regardless of the dimensions?

You can download Flash Builder at http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html.  Please make sure to complete the Very Important Instructions section prior to clicking on the download link.

  • How do I enable ESMTP support on my server?

I've been running OSX Server for several months now and all works well.  The only frustration is that inbound ESMTP messages always seem to be rejected.  This can delay inbound mail by several hours at times.  A typical log message is
    NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from dabinett.apple.com[17.151.62.52]: 450 4.7.1 <xxxxxxxxx>: Recipient address rejected: Service is unavailable; from=<[email protected]> to=<xxxxxxxxx> proto=ESMTP helo=<bz.apple.com>

That's likely not something that will be resolved with ESMTP, that's probably greylisting.
Greylisting is an anti-spam technique, as legitimate mail servers will retry and will resend mail messages when the target mail server is 450 busy, where the spam engines do not normally include this retry logic.  (Google for further details.)
You can choose to disable greylisting, or to whitelist specific domains, to adjust the thresholds for known domains, or to allow the server to continue to learn about the domains that are contacting your domain using its default setups.
FWIW, ESMTP is typically used for authorized clients that will be sending outbound mail via your mail server, and is not typically used for other mail servers that are communicating with your mail server.
To check the settings, launch Terminal.app and issue the command postconf -n and look for the smtpd_recipient_restrictions entry.  You will probably find something akin to this entry:
    smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated permit_mynetworks  reject_unauth_destination check_policy_service unix:private/policy permit
To disable greylisting, enter these two commands:
    postconf -e 'smtpd_recipient_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated permit_mynetworks  reject_unauth_destination permit'
    sudo postfix reload

  • Quick Time's Flash Support

I just bought Slick software to use in iMovie 6. When I go to use the new titles, a message says that it requires Quick Time's Flash support. It leads me to the Advanced settings menu in QT preferences but there is no enable flash support option. I'm using 7.3.1 QT. How do I get to use these effects?
    Thanks

Is there a way to dongrade QT or insert the flash components? I need it to work. Once I get flash support to work, I'll buy the other Slicks. Please help or fix this problem! Can you make it so that flash is optional but it warns about insecurity when you turn it on?

  • Enable Flash Player in Mozilla Fire Fox without Admin Rights

    Hi,
I am from australia i have a question how do i enable flash player in my system without admin rights. at present there is no access to install software to my system. please help thanks in advance
    Regards
    John Burns

    Hi John,
Admin rights are required for installing Flash Player because it installs to a system-wide location which requires elevated permissions to write to.  Due to this, there is no way to install Flash Player without having Admin rights.   Since it writes to a system-wide location, any user on the machine with Admin rights can install Flash Player.

  • Enable unicode support

I have nokia 6500 slide model phone.
How I can enable unicode support for reading "jar" file in regional language, especilly in malayalam language

It is not just about enabling Unicode support (and for all that matters, the phone might already have full Unicode support).
It is a case of having the correct fonts as default/system fonts for displaying the characters.
On S40 based models, you cannot install your own font files to replace system/default fonts.
So, if you want to read/see malayalam language content, and the phone does not support it, you can try a Nokia repair center in case there is a firmware version with support for that language, or you can change to some other phone model which supports the language, or supports installable font files.
