How do I enable guest user after disabling by accident??

Someone had logged in under my guest account without my knowledge and I did alot of work in my photo editing software and when I realized I wasnt in my account I disabled guest log in and now I cant get into my stuff Not to mention I cant update my software bc it says others are logged in and I need to log out and if I restart my computer it says since others are logged in i might lose my stuff. Does anyone know how to fix this?

A true Guest User account nothing is saved or preserverd on log out.
A User account is a different story.
Look in your list of current user >System Preferences>Users& Groups
log into the user account you logged out of.
In the help menu bar at the top of your screen search for " user account" > set up users...

You have to go enable it under RESTRICTIONS first if you chose against it to begin with.... then you can alter it in the other places... So go to restrictions first, enable it, then you can go to the other places... like the icloud menu > share my location > enable it to share where you are.... or Privacy > Location Services > On.
I think a big problem is you might have it on in one place and then not others and there are different menus for different places instead of just ONE place to enable any and all location settings. That is what Apple does badly, they have too many settings split up between different menus.... its confusing.

How do I enable "Save As" and disable "Save"

I have constructed a filable form in Adobe Acrobat Pro 8.1. The idea is to have this form downloaded to the users computer and used weekly to track expenses and each week to print and save a copy. The problem is that with save enabled it overwrites the original form and now the person must download another original. My question is; How do I enable "Save As" to be used with filled out forms while disabling the "Save" function after data has been entered on the form?

OK Pat,
In LC Designer you would create a button with the following JavaScript in the click event:
app.execMenuItem("SaveAs");
This will bring up the Save As dialogue window.
This simplified solution will work; however if you want to be more specific in file name / path then you will run into security issues, which will require additional privileged script / certified solutions. There are some posts dealing with this:

While the solution may not be ideal, it will at least prompt the user to "Save As" instead of "Save" and the user will just have to be responsible for making sure they rename the file.

Cannot enable Admistrative user after already been enabled before

I hope im not alone on this one but wat the hell, i need help asap. My problem is that I cannot enable my Administrative user( the built in one). I had enabled it long tym before, created a password, and then disabled it again just recently. now I can't
re-enable this user account as I need an administrative password. I would have gladly entered the password if there was somewhere I could actually type it in but, no...there was none.
I've tried all three methods but that was for enabling the administrative account without the use of a password or when enabling it for the first time. i cannot install anything and have lots of invaluable information on the admin acc. on the
verge of breaking my notebook. Help Please.

The other day I went to system preferences and disabled guest users on my Macbook Air. Now I want to enable them again, but in Users & Groups preferences I can't click on the "Guest User" icon in the sidebar under other users, even when the lock icon is unlocked. I remember this was where I clicked "disable guest users." Is there any other way to enable them again? And why can't I click on it anymore?

You can't enable the guest account when FMM is on. It has its own "Guest User" pseudo-account, which actually reboots from the Recovery system and allows only Safari to run.

it works only when, do this on fresh browser .. if someone has already Logged in and then try to open with different user name then it won't work.
if I'll change URL with other user in the same browser like this..

then shows only previous page.
But my requirement is to open different user page from the already logon user.

Before going further, although you have expressed that you don't want to use GPMC GUI to configure the audit setting, in fact, it's an easy and comparatively handy method to set the setting. Besides, based on the description, you
want to use PowerShell to do this. However, as far as I know, PowerShell can configure registry-based policy settings and Group Policy Preferences Registry settings, but audit policy security settings are not registry keys.
Nonetheless, if we really don't want to use GPMC console to do this, we can use Auditpol.exe to set the audit setting.

CSCus07365 - should I not use DNS local database at all or I can enable it again after disabling?

I had an issue with my RV320 that it suddenly stops answering DNS queries from my LAN. I just found out that a new firmware was released last month (v1.1.1.19), and one of its "known issues" is bug id CSCus07365 according to the release notes:
Sometimes the DNS process is gone and can not reply the DNS request from LAN network.
Solution: Check if you have enabled DNS local database feature on RV320/325, disable it, and then configure and save the WAN setting page again.
From that description I am not sure if this is a one-time issue after upgrading (so that I should disable and re-enable it), or if this is still a current issue and it will be better to keep away from DNS local database at all until a new firmware is released.

My son set up a passcode on his ipod touch and forgot it. He tried several different passcodes and got locked out. His ipod now has the message "ipod disabled, connect to itunes". The variable that has changed with iOS 7 is the "Show All Music" option in Settings > iTunes & App Store. This feature displays your iTunes in the Cloud purchases on your device (while they are not locally stored). You can identify these by the "cloud download" icon on the right.
To hide your iTunes in the Cloud purchases, disable this feature in Settings > iTunes & App Store.

Remove a song from iPhone. Tap Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete. The song is deleted from iPhone, but not from your iTunes library on your Mac or PC, or from iCloud.
