How do I enable inline autocomplete for Firefox 5.0.1 Mac?

I just installed Firefox 5 on my Macbook, and I'm trying to enable inline autocomplete (like that found in Chrome, IE, and Safari). I've followed the instructions that I found on the internet (about:config, set browser.urlbar.autoFill to true) but autofill still isn't working. This has happened to me with earlier versions of Firefox as well. I would really like to figure this out, as it is what is currently holding me back from making the full switch to Firefox, so help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Digital Persona went out of the touchpad software business without doing an updated version of their software for IE9 and Firefox 4.0 - so later versions of Firefox aren't supported either.

You can set the pref layout.spellcheckDefault to 2 on the about:config page.
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the "Enter" key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. 
If you see a warning then you can confirm that you want to access that page. 
*Use the Filter bar at to top of the about:config page to locate a preference more easily.
*Preferences that have been modified show as bold (user set).
*Preferences can be reset to the default or changed via the right-click context menu.

It is an extension to protect the profile with a password, but being an extension that protection can easily be bypassed by starting Firefox in [[Safe mode]]. 
So do not rely on it. 
If you want to protect content then you have to use methods supported by the OS like a separate user account with a password or an encrypted file system.

Ok, I figured it out after hunting for a few hours.
Step 1. Add the File Type
In Dreamweaver’s toolbar:
Select Edit > Preferences;
under File Types / Editors, add .jspf to the line “Open in Code View:”.
Step 2. Extensions.txt
Add file type .jspf to the Extensions.txt files. There are two of these files:
C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration
Step 3. MMDocumentTypes.xml
Add jspf to the MMDocumentTypes.xml files. Open this file in Notepad or Text Editor. Do not modify the Dreamweaver configuration files within Dreamweaver.
There are three MMDocumentTypes.xml files to be modified:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS6\configuration\DocumentTypes
C:\Users\mhaagsma\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration
C:\Users\mhaagsma\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS6\en_US\Configuration\DocumentTypes\
Step 4. Restart Dreamweaver
Hopefully the file type will now be recognized and appear with syntax highlighting.

This feature is available in the version 2.2 of Xcode for Tiger. You just turn it on in the Preferences setting.... however, I found it so annoying that I turned it off after a week or so! Perhaps you'll have better luck.

You should install Oracle9iAS v1.0.2 on your unix machine. This will have The Forms services configured for you and save you all the manual settings.
