How do I enable my Apple ID when several password resets did not work?

My Apple ID has been disabled and I have reset my password several times yet am unable to update my Apps because of a "Apple ID Disabled" message.
What othe steps can I take at this point?

You need to restore.
Everything should be on your computer, so you can just sync it back.

if no options avaliable then if its less entries or some value u can do it through debugging ..

I got locked out and changed the password. it did not work and now its disabled for 60 minutes. I dont use itunes, or icloud. how can I get in and why wont it work.

Without a backup, the use of iTunes or the use of iCloud, your only choice is to restore the device as new to remove the passcode.

Notify when self password reset is not functioning as expected

Hi Team,
We are on EP7 and we have enabled the users to reset their own passwords.This function works at times and few occasions users don't receive emails after reseting the password. All the required configurations are in place. So we are caught in a situation where we are not sure whether to advise the users to use this function or we do a manual reset of passwords for them.
Is there anyway that we get a notification when this particular service is not working as expected.

you told that it is working for some users.
check the email id property of users for those who r unable to get email or smtp server down at that time?
whether that particular email domain is allowed from smtp server.

I have just upgraded from MAVERICKS to YOSEMITE OS 10.10. I have 4GB of memory.
Since upgrading my ageing EPSON CX3600 will no longer print. I get the error message ;COMMUNICATION ERROR.
Apple support gave me advice which hasn't worked including deleting the printer via system preferences and rhen restoring it after rebooting the system
Any ideas please.

somewhat the same thing happened to me. i downloaded ios 6 on my iphone 4, when i installed it, it was a blank screen for awhile. and then all of a sudden it said that i had to connect it to itunes, but when i plugged it in, it did not even connect. it keeps on saying to check or verify privilages and stuff.:(

My IPhone broke yet again due to "known issues", so I am back to an android. But, I cannot text anyone who has an IPhone, had this issue previously and Apple nor my carrier helped out. I have removed my number on Apple.com, as told by my carrier which doesn't help. You need to immediately change the password for the Apple ID, for starters. If have iCloud and Find My iphone enabled on the device you can remotely wipe the device. If you do not then there is nothing you can do except change the password for the account.

Other is usually around 1 GB...
A ' Large Other ' usually indicates Corrupt Data...
First Try a Restore from Backup... But... if the Large Other Persists, that is an Indicator of Corrupt Data in the Backup... Then a Restore as New is the way to go...

If you would of read the last line of the description for that app... it says:
"It's without a doubt the best joke you can play on them with your device! For entertainment purpose only and does not provide true device locator functionality."
It's meant to be a joke. You tell your friend your going to track them (while they are standing right in front of you) you punch in their number, and the app appears to hone in on their position. But of course its only using your location.
