If you are using the iPhone, it will give you the Ignore and Answer options. If the phone is locked then only the slide to answer appears.
Just use the tap or double tap of the sleep/wake button to ignore calls.

I have an app that appeared to need to be updated. I clicked to update three days ago. It has started to update and will not finish. How can I delete the app while its in the middle of updating?Locked on an update can mean a couple of different things. So there are a number of things to try, but start with these.
If you have a "waiting" icon, try tapping on the icon and see if you can pause the update/download. Of it pauses, tap on it again and see if it will resume.
Try holding down on the icon until all of the icons on the screen wiggle. If the X to delete pops up on the waiting/stalled app - tap the X to delete the app. Tao,the home button and the apps will stop wiggling.
You can also try this and see if the downloads will resume. Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -

I am unable to end a call and have tried everything to disconnect it. Has been running for over 9 hrs. I seem to be caught in a loop.

You can't. Either tap the Sleep/Wake button or just let the call to continue to ring.

If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone and use Remote Wipe to erase the contents of your device. If you have been using iCloud to back up, you may be able to restore the most recent backup to reset the passcode after the device has been erased.
You can also wipe the iOS device by installing the FindMyiPhone app on another iOS device and using that app to wipe the device.

Only very very slowly. Without taking it apart and disconnectng the battery should discharge in a month or so.

I need to do some modifications to XVBKD internal structure depending data in XVBAP structure.
Just wanted to know how many times USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD is called while saving the order.
Is it called for every item in VBKD table for that order or only for header?
And what if a new item is added in order.. will it be called for that item too ??

How can I drop a call that never disconnect.
Hi,
I'm running CUCM 8.51 + UCCX 8.51. I have several Application Trigger each one running different CSQ. Today I realize a call have more than 94 hours waiting in a queue when agents are in Ready state so look like the call never disconnected.
How can I drop a call that never disconnect without drop the calls in all CSQ?

At the end it didn't work for me because the call never was never show at the Session tab so restaring the UCCX Engine did the trick for me.
