Is it an image file ? If yes, you can use any image editor to resize. Some expensive software can keep the original quality when blowing up but many free software can't; that means blowing up an image will reduce the quality.
For printing, what is your printer ?

Hi,
Place the original at the marked corner of the flatbed glass with its top part directed to that side.
Click on Copy, then click the Settings icon () and select Reduce / Enlarge.
Select Custom and select teh required percent relatively to your original to enlarge it (the printer supportes 25 % - 400 %)
Then click the Strt Copy button
Note: if it is not shown click the back icon once to exit the Copy Settings menu.

To scan to a computer
1. Place your original with the side you want to copy or scan face down on the left front
corner of the glass.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I caught the flu.
I just went to work for this company. The company has been creating and maintaining these documents with Acrobat for may years.
I live 75 miles from the office. The company has agreed that I can work from home.
The first attempt at this was emailing PDF documents back and forth.
I may need access to the company network via a VPN.
I have a lot experience doing these types of documents with MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Then creating a PDF document from the docx and pptx..
The company wants to continue creating and maintaining the documents in Acrobat because everyone in the office knows how to do it.
So at this time I'll try to use Acrobat.

Okay, so how do I enlarge my view. The only thing I ever liked about WORD was being able to enlarge a page to 125% or a full page view. I love Pages, but how do I enlarge my view so I can see what I am typing better?

You have several option.
1) I hope you chosen the screen resolution that suites your eyes. On my 15" MBP I usually use 1280 by 800. This is changed in the Systems Preferences
2) In the Pages Preferences you can set the Zoom factor in Rulers > Default zoom
3) At the bottom, to the left in the opened document you can also change the zoom for that document.
4) If you have eye problem a tip is to write the document with a large font size. When finished you can down size the text to something more suitable.

As far as I know the desktop can't be assigned elsewhere. The others can be directed with the respective programs. I always keep my documents on another drive. I do it by using the saves as command and point to that directory. Then everything after that I can use there. For Downloads you just change it in preferences in Safari. Switch it in the *Save downloaded files to:* command.

Would you explain what you mean by the "edit" function? What are you trying to do? Are you trying to edit existing annotations (sticky notes, highlight, freehand drawing, handwritten signature, etc.) or fill in a form?

How to find Down Payment document with vendor details from AW01N

I am trying to do partial settlement in KO88, for AUC to Fixed Asset. While running the T Code I am getting the following error message.
Down payment to recipient 100620 0 area 01 amount   13,181,454.04 not cleared
Message no. AW605
I went through many threads for this issue and I am trying to clear the downpayment in F-54. But I am not able to find the Vendor details to whom the Down Payment was done, neither the dosument number against which the downpayment has to be cleared.
I tried finding these details in AW01N. I could find the amount reflecting in the Planned and Posted tab in the first section.
But was not succesful to find the documents and vendor details from there.
In the second section in Planned Tab, I am finding some transactions. There I am finding Down Payment mentioned. When I double click on Down Payment in AW01N, I am taken to the document which is a clearing of Down Payment. You can see the below entry.

Diagnosis
All downpayments were not cleared for the asset under construction for the receiver 100620 0 in area 01. An amount of   12,832,161.41 was not cleared, or too much was cleared.
You can only completely transfer an asset under construction if you reverse the down payments in the current fiscal year beforehand.
Procedure
Clear the downpayments that you want to settle to receiver 100620 0.

How to clear the open documents in case if document currency and local curr

Hi,
Can anyboday advise how to clear the open document of a particular vendor for a particular company code. Here the issue is that balace is netted to Zero in the document currency but not in the local currency. The document was posted in Currency CAD and the local currency is GBP.
When i check the FBL1N, there is it showing net balance is ZERO, but document is still in open
status. I tried using Transaction code F-44, but it is not allowing me.
Can anyboday advise how to perform this. Points will be awarded.

In the Company code global parameters(OBY6),select the check box "NO FOREX RATE DIFF.WHEN CLEARING IN LC"
and try clearing again.(You can have a F1 help on the check box to see what exactly it is).

How to clear vendor open documents

How to clear vendor open documents, I had previously tried to clear the documents in PRD with transaction F-44 and I get the following message.
X. Ex.rate diff.accts are incomplete for account 00015080 currency CAD

You can clear using the t code F-44 which is manual or by using F.13 which is automatic.
The error you are getting is with refernce to a transaction between your Local currency and Currency "CAD"
Maintain a transalation ratio and the exchange rate. Here the system also looks for a exchange loss or gain on such conversion also. Map those accounts and you will be clearing the transaction.
If you are using automacti clearing you need to decide on the link(Common feild) between the DR open item and CR open item and these open items after having this as a refernce can be cleared automatcially in F.13.
