How do I enter a precise CMYK number, IE not whole integers?

I'm supposed to be designing copy using a specific color guide: C = 79.5, M = 50.4 etc etc.
When I go to enter these values, Photoshop tells me I can only use whole numbers. How do I solve this issue??

I've never heard or seen anyone using such odd percentages for CMYK. That would be completely out of line with any established print standards. PS is behaving correctly by requesting full percentages and you need to round up or down.

I'd recommend doing a SMC reset, if this doesn't take care of it the key board may have a broken key and will need to be replaced. Here is are the instructions for a SMC reset:
_SMC RESET_
• Shut down the computer.
• Unplug the computer's power cord.
• Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds.
• Release the power button.
• Attach the computers power cable.
• Press the power button to turn on the computer.

I have a simple issue but I need some assistance. I am
calculating a number and the result number sometimes a whole number
but in some cases decimals are present. Decimals do not need change
but whole numbers need to change. So for example if the end result
is "6" I need it to show it as "6.0" in a field beacuse that is the
way the calculator should display it according to request.
How can I check that the result number is a whole number and
then add ".0" to it?
I just included a simple script below.

That means that "outputnumber" wasn't something that can be
converted to
a number. When you trace this value, what do you see?

The Email app accesses previously existing User accounts (like Yahoo, Comcast, etc.) It does not have a built-in Contacts section.
You will have to add new contacts another way - web access to the account for example.

This is bad and I am sorry to hear that you are running into these issues.
Let me connect with you, so right now, the current state is that you have installed copy of PSE 8 in trial on your windows 7 machine, and when you are trying to enter the serial number from your PSE 8 Box, it is saying the serial number to be invalid?
It might sound pretty obvious, but please make sure that you are entering the serial number correctly and of PSE 8(in case you bought a PEPE box)?
Have you tried the steps mentioned below by Barbara?
If possible, you can send me the serial number through PRIVATE MESSAGE and I can check it on my end that whether the serial number is indeed invalid or that the issue is with your machine?

Debit cards are no longer accepted in the iTunes Store, it seems. The current valid payment methods are listed here:

You can try contacting the iTunes Store and asking if there is any way to use your card, but they probably will tell you that it's not possible.

Using a debit card in any online service where it stores your card is a bad idea in any case since if someone gains access to your account in the service, they can quickly drain your bank account. Credit cards limit your liability, as do prepaid iTunes cards.

Both can be viewed fby doing "About this Mac" from the Apple menu at the left end of the menubar. The OS version will be pretty obvious; posting what the window says about your processor will help us figure out what model.
I ask becasue about 60 percent of the posts here are about newer models than the pre-2006 iMacs this forum serves.
