How do I establish a Hierarchy for Apple TV content viewing?

I'm using an Apple TV to watch hundreds of hours of video tutorials on my TV.
The content is all Quicktime movies, but they aren't tagged for "Genre" Etc. Several of them are broken down into as many as 23 separate short movies per subject.
I'm tagging them to establish a hierarchy that will function efficiently on the Apple TV Menu, but to have yet to find the best way, and what works in the iTunes browser doesn't necessarily work on the limited Apple TV browsing regimen. Doing it by trial and error is taking quite a bit longer than I had hoped.
There doesn't seem to be any literature at all on this subject. Although I'm searching through all the discussion topics, I've yet to find anything relevant, and the manuals say next to nothing.
Has anybody figured out the optimal tagging order for situations like this? Or can you point me to a document that actually has some info in it.

Your best bet would probably be to group things together using Get Info on files in itunes.
Say you have 20 files on a particular topic select them all, or add them to iTunes, teh right click and choose Get Info to alter common tags under the various Get Info tags. (You may be warned about altering data for several files at once).
I'd probably firts mark them as a TV Show under the video type, then you could assign a 'show name' e.g. Build A Wall Tutorials.
Apply the setting then you can set an episode number for each using Get Info so they'll show in order or alternatively if your file names are named with numbers they may just display in ascending/descending order.
Have a play with the various tags but I think TV Shows or alternativel Custom genres for the movie menus would be the way to go.
Look at some pre-tagged podcasts or TV Shows to get a feel for which tags do what if you have any.

    If by "tools" you are referring to physical tools, you can buy tools through any standard tool seller or electronics parts supplier. I'm not aware that Apple sells tools, though I may well be wrong. I've never been a member of the certification program so I don't know all the features of the program.
    Apple will not sell you discontinued computers. If you need a computer they no longer sell in the Apple Store as new or in the refurbished section, you'll need to look to independent dealers or private sellers.

    I will clarify the business requirements behind this request.
    We are currently implementing PCA for a customer. However, technically, PCA was already switched on several years ago and it was used for some not-really-accounting customer functionalities (Z* reports) .
    So, currently the PCA hierarchy is total mess. No logical heirarchy, a lot of weird profit centers... Not posibly to use this for segment reporting at all. And I would like to sort this out for this project.
    Is it possible to reorganize current standard hierarchy? Remove profit centers and profit center groups out of there? Forbid postings?
