I use Acrobat XI standard. I am a lawyer doing cases with multiple PDFs. I annotate the pdfs when a witness speaks to a page. How can I extract pages that I have made annotation on into a separate file?

Try triple-clicking in the text that you want to select--it can sometimes be tricky to select text in a converted document. If that doesn't work, it could be that the PDF document was created from a scanned document, and OCR wasn't enabled when you converted the document. (However, OCR is enabled by default when you convert via the ExportPDF website.)
If you're unable to select text by triple-clicking, let us know. I would be happy to take a closer look at your files.

iPhoto on the iPad can be used to make photo books, but not calendars. It is a very different program from the Mac version of iPhoto. I hope you have access to a mac to create your christmas calendar.

This is not really a Numbers question. I will provide an answer but suggest you make the question relavent for the forum where you post.
1) Open the PDF in Preview
2) select the menu item "View > Thumbnails"
3) select the page you wnt to share
4) copy (by using the key combination <command> + c OR select the menu item "Edit > Copy"
5) select the menu item "File > New From Clipboard"
6) save as a new name
7) share the new file

Splitting across multiple files

I am creating large, image-heavy documents, in the zone of 40+ pages with at least 10-11 embedded PDF files (equations from LaTexiT and images from Grapher, mostly) per page. The individual files are not large, but having so many seems to make opening the files a very slow process.
I could save each of my sections as a separate file, as I usually only need one section at a time, but I'd be sad to lose things like self-updating page counts and page numbers. But is it possible to split large Pages documents across multiple files, at least for that sort of purpose? I've seen PDF files that do this (textbooks and other enormous documents).

No, I'm afraid that is not possible. You could save them as individual files and then update the first page number in each document manually though.

I'm trying to create a large poster to be put on a bulletin board. I've mangaed to spread the image across multiple pages but I can't figure how to be able to print the pages have the edges line up successfully after cropping. I have multiple reports in PDF that have specific employee data on each page. The employee page order is the same across each PDF (Employee #75 is on page 43 in each file). I would like to combine the first page from each file together, the second, and so on. That way I can provide this data to each employee without them having access to other employee's data. I often have to work with large PDF Documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, almost all of which are scanned PDF files.
As scanned documents often do, certain pages (and usually large page ranges) have blemishes or markings that I wish to redact (the most common of which are hole punch marks down the middle left hand side, or other markings at the top right, where I need my page numbers to be unobstructed). I can manually select the hole punch marks on each page separately, and then redact, however, such blemishes are always in the same spot across a number of pages.
Twice I have managed to select a particular area, then redact that area across a page range I specify using Adobe Acrobat 9. Of course, after having done it both times, I promptly forgot how I did it.
All of the forums talk about redacting entire pages across a page range - no one seems to need to redact only a specific selection of part of a page across a number of pages. Does anyone know how to do this in Adobe Pro 9? I know how to do it in Adobe Pro 8, but it appears to have been moved elsewhere in 9.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

How can I display selected tags across multiple e-mail addresses?

I receive email on a specific topic but via several e-mail addresses. How can I view selected tags where the resulting e-mails span several (7) email addresses. They are all active on my Thunderbird, but as far as I know, I can only display the selected tag on one of them at a time.
Any assistance greatly appreciated as this is a very big problem for me.

This solution does not appear to work across multiple e-mail addresses.
Perhaps I should have said "work across multiple e-mail address at the same time. I get e-mail on specific topics via several email addresses and wish to view all the tagged emails regardless of which email account in which they reside.
I could not get this solution to select more than one email account at a time.
