How do i extract supporting documents out of PLM for Process?

We need a process to extract the supporting documents out of PLM for process in order for us to save them out on the sharepoint for the users who do not have access to the application.

I can retrieve documents from iCloud.com on my iMc at work that is running OS X 10.4.11. I do it all the time.
Log into iCloud.com and the iWorks icon. In the next window you can click on Pages, Keynote or Numbers at the top. When you click on Pages - all of your Pages files will appear in the browser window. Tap on any of the documents and you can download them to the Mac.
You can do the same thing in the Keynote and Numbers sections of your iCloud account - you do not need to be running Lion or Mountain Lion in order to do this using a browser on the Mac. You may get a "unsupported browser" warning depending on what browser you use (Safari is the best choice for this) but it will work anyway, just ignore the message.
BTW ... The documents should be on your iPad in the Pages, Keynotes and Number apps anyway. If they are, you can use file sharing to get them into iTunes and from there yoy can save them to your desktop on the Mac.
When I copy and paste this from a Google search, this does not show up as a valid link in blue type, but you can tap or click on the "iOS: About File Sharing" heading and it should open the kb article anyway.

You can extract the audio form a movie clip by selecting the clip that you want the audio from then go to the drop down menu Modify > Detach Audio and then you will see the audio in green and then can move it to where you want it to be. How can i extract just documents from time machine backup?

How can I extract just my documents from a time machine backup? I had to re-install Lion after the update screwed things up, the Genius Bar guy told me to re-install each App, and then transfer just my data (documents) back but didn't tell me how. I only see how you can restore the entire snapshot of what was on my MacBook that day, I don't see how to select specifics.

Install a fresh Lion OS on your Mac. After this is done, then connect your time capsule. Click on the time machine icon in the dock bar so you will enter in time machine. Select the document folder and any document or all you need. The same thing you can do with iPhoto, Emails, etc.

How to get a pdf document out of a Document form

Hi all,
I have a question of how to get the actual PDF out of a Document Form, when I take the @document value I only get some xml representation of the form, but I need to get the actual PDF.

The @document is the way to get the PDF out from the DocumentForm varibale. If you get just the data, it's because the DocumentForm was populated with just the data in the first place.
Make sure you submit PDF from your form and not just the data.

How can I extract the info from a master table (very massive in MARD)
a. to output to a internal table with 5000 records AND then process it AND THEN
b. refresh the internal table, fillup with another 5000, continue from the last stop point
c. Process the data, refresha and load the next batch as long as it is within the article selection range.
Can someone help me by providing some sample coding on it?

we want to create a wd-application which imports a function module. The function module creates a pdf-document. We are planning to deliver the function-module output as a table to webdynpro. The table includes the pdf-document.

at first your Function Module should deliver your PDF as an XSTRING in ABAB.
This is mapped to a byte[] in Java Model. This byte array you can bind for example to a FileDownload Element in the GUI. If you click on it the PDF opens.
On the context element of type byte[] you have to do the following:
IWDAttributeInfo attInfo = wdContext.getNodeInfo().getAttribute("<byte[]contextElement>");
IWDModifiableBinaryType binaryType = (IWDModifiableBinaryType) attInfo.getModifiableSimpleType();
binaryType.setFileName("<yourname>".pdf");
binaryType.setMimeType(WDWebResourceType.PDF);
Then it should basically work

How do I contact support? Have email receipt for magazine subscription renewal on iPad - can't activate!!

I received a receipt from iTunes for two items: a subscription to the series 48 Hours, and a renewal of my subscription to the magazine Reader's Digest.
48 Hours works fine.
Reader's Digest I can't get into. I press the gear in the upper right corner, enter my Apple ID and password and get an "opportunity" to purchase issues I've already paid for with my $14.95 annual subscription.
Reader's Digest tells me this is an iTunes issue.
I find nowhere to get support since my AppleCare subscription ran out after 2 years...I don't have a hardware issue, I have a "someone stole $14.95 and I want a refund or to get my subscription activated" problem.
When I click "report a problem" on the receipt (which is about a month old) I get "Oops! Google Chrome could not find nk11p02it-ibav22281602:8141". When I search on my orders for the Order ID (MGN9GV1YGT) it doesn't appear, although clearly it's on the receipt. So how do I protect myself against Apple and/or RD simply stealing my $15 and giving me nothing for it, considering I can't contact Customer Service since my device is out of warranty? Obviously this is NOT a device issue. It's a stealing $$$ from me issue.
HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE FOR HELP WITH THIS?

How do I change an "offline" out mail server for Google mail to online. Currently 2 "offline acts use one online out Google server.

I have three Google accounts. All three work fine for incoming mail. However, two have their out going mail server listed as "offline." So when I send email from those two accounts, it goes through the one active online out going account. When the receiver get the email, it appears to come from the on online account, rather than the account from which it was sent (i.e., one of the two offline out server accounts). How do I get all of the out servers online?

I assume that you are talking about web browser links that create a new message in mail? If you are talking about web mail it will always go from the web mail service you are logged into
In mail when you have a new message you can select the account it is sent from in the drop down list just below the subject line
I believe that the next new mail defaults to the last account you used so if you just used .mac mail with mail the next time you send I believe it will start there until you change it
If mail is not running it will use the top account in the list - to change that open your mail preferences ==> accounts and drag your comcast account to the top of the list if it is not there

How can I extract cursor coordinate in Adobe Photoshop for use in Action script?

What I want to do in Photoshop (version CC, but I think this applies to any version) is label a point using count tool under my mouse's current position, and label it multiple times (for different labels). I have an action that essentially does this:
(1) Add to count (under one label) (2) Switch to second label (3) Add to count (under second label) (4) Switch to third label (5) Add to count (under third label)
And the problem is that I need to be able to have a variable in the action script that uses the cursor's current position (X and Y numbers) on the canvas to set these three points when the macro is activated. Currently I am only able to record the script using constant X, Y values (the same point is labeled over and over when I play the recorded action). I am able to extract the code for the action for editing (via xbytor2's suggestion in this forum:https://forums.adobe.com/thread/696989) and I see where the variable can go, I just don't know what exactly to put in place of the constant X, Y values that will let Photoshop input the mouse's current coordinates...
Any ideas? Much appreciated!!

You could use the pen tool set to path and create a single dot, then run the script to get the cursor positions and use that in your script.

How do I zoom in and out in Pages for the iPad?

I'm using Pages on my iPad (1), but don't seem to be able to zoom in. The "pinch open to zoom in" doesn't seem to work, it just springs back when I take my fingers off the screen. Am I missing something? I have no problem zooming in using pinch open in e.g. Safari or Keynote.

I can get two options — Actual size and fit on screen. According to the help section if you use 2 fingers and 'quickly' pinch out you can get a view at 200 per cent. It has never worked for me.

We are developing phtoshop automation plug-ins, to all user to encode and decode photoshop documents automatically. for that we are adding 'Decode and Open' and 'Encode and Save As' menu under FILE->Automate menu, and all user to Select document to open and saveAs.
We are able decode the selected document, we are saving that to users temporary folder, but could not open the decoded document in photoshop's (layout) window.
Is there any suit or interface available in photoshop cs2's sdk for opening a document in photoshop window?

What does the new function need to do?
You may have to create a new process type. There are a few white papers and blogs about different ways of doing this. Needs ABAP knowledge however.

I am writing a middleware application, where the application receives HTTPRequest from front end, and based on the URL string it will forward the request to one of the servlets which will handle the processing.
I need ideas about what is the best way to write the forwarding logic. Should it be a Servlet Filter, or an initial Servlet that only does forwarding? Any code samples will be greatly appreciated.

This is almost textbook definition of a Controller Servlet. I would use a Servlet that switches on what option needs to be performed and forwards to the proper URL.
