How do I filter only Volume (Controller 7) in Mainstage?

I want to filter only MIDI volume changes or controller 7 input in Mainstage.
I seem to move it from the Instruments output to the main output.

I figured out how to do what I wanted by clicking on the Assignments and Mappings window above the workspace window. Then under the Channel 1-16 list there is a Assignment called Unassigned. When I click on that I get the option to send or not send MIDI to all Channel Strips. I un-checked that box and got the response I was looking for.

Hello!
Recently I performed a clean windows 7 install from a windows install disk I previously owned, the problem is that this disk didn't intalled the drivers and programs specific for this computer. What I want to know is which driver or program I need to install to make the volume controller on my computer to work again? The problem is that the volume bar that previously appeared on the screen and the "bing" sound indicating the volume level doesn't appear or sound now.
All other things seem to work fine, this is the only problem so far.

Apple does not repair devices beyond replacing the screen on some models or a battery replacement. They replace the ENTIRE device.
For the Out of Warranty replacement cost, you could have gotten a fully functional replacement device. Instead you chose to spend less to get only the screen replaced and continue to live with additional issues.

No sound volume controller in Satellite L750 Series

I just bought a new Satellite L750-A057 laptop, and found a very stupid design issue that it is has no volume controller ! ONLY WINDOWS one, so If I'm in a middle of any full screen application, I must exit or switch to desktop to lower the volume !! and same for any other situation !!
So, any recommendation about how could I control the sound volume with function keys for example ?

It seems you are right. There is no additional volume controller which would allow to set the sound volume up and down
In many cases the Toshiba Multimedia buttons contain an up and down volume buttons but it seems that the L750 does not support such buttons too

i want to add. some additional information, my 5. speaker doesn't have digital output, the line out for the sub woofer and centre are red and white line just like the same as the other speaker line, i don't know weather it will cause the front doesn't work or not, but i had read some post it said "In the Creative Mixer, be sure to disable the option for Digital Output Only, and set the number of speakers accordingly. For example, if you have a 5. channel speaker system, select 5.."
if, i didn't change the creative mixer to "disable the option for digital output", will it cause the centre and sub woofer have no sound at all? plesae reply A.S.A.P. as i don't know weather it is the problem of the sound card or just a problem of the setting.....thanks alot.

I would like to know how I can filter a SharePoint library list based on current user login.
Suppose I have created the followings:
1) A SharePoint form library containing bunch of uploaded InfoPath form data.
2) The InfoPath form template contains a promoted text field called "TargetUser" to store user domain login (ex: DOMAIN\JOE) and every InfoPath form file in the library has a valid domain name stored in the "TargetUser" field.
I have created a custom view for the form library and would like to filter this view so only items whose "TargetUser" field matches current user's login ID are displayed.
I went to Edit View page to customize the view and tried to use the [Me] function but I got a "Filter value is not a valid text string" message instead when clicking OK. Apparently [Me] returns a Person/Group data type and the filter cannot compare its value
to that of "TargetUser".
I tried using text functions (ex: TEXT([Me],"") hoping to extract default string value from [Me]. The filter accepts the parameter without any error but the resulting fitlered list does not display any items at all.
I have googled this subject for hours but I have not found any solution.
It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can help me to create a functional filtered list.
FYI, my SharePoint 2007 installation is just WSS 3.0 + Form Server. I do not have MOSS 2007 (so no MOSS 2007 web parts or web services).

Here's what I usually do in order to accomplish this. Ultimately you'll need to have 2 different fields. There's the one you already have, with DOMAIN\username stored in it. Then you'll need an additional field as a "person" column type.
Call it "TargetPerson" or something.
Create a sharepoint designer workflow that runs each time an item is created or changed. One action:
Set FIELD to VALUE.
The first FIELD is "TargetPerson", the VALUE is your "TargetUser" field.
Once this is done, then the person value is stored in the person field. This is the field that you can filter by "TargetPerson" is equal to [Me]

I basically managed to learn how to invert parameters which allows me to be as default in the clean guitar channel and if I switch the first button on the midi foot controller I switch to crunch, but at this point I tryied so hard to programm the second and third button to switch, only through a button in one step, to a third channel for distorsion or a 4th channel for solo guitar but I couldn't figured out how this work can be done!
I would appreciate if anyone could help or share this experience with others who are experiencing the same problem.

How do I get my volume to work?

I have the iphone4s and my volume won't work anymore. When I push the buttons on the side the little ringer icon shows up but not the little bar that tells you how high or low the volume is. Every now and then the volume will go on by itself but it only stays on for a couple seconds. When I talk on the phone it works and Siri works so it's not the speakers. Also I tried using a Bluetooth speaker and the volume doesn't work for that, but when I use an iHome it does work. Also when I FaceTime my volume works. But I can't play music or watch videos anymore.
I tried my headphones to see what would happen and at first they worked. But sometimes the music would stop and the same thing happened. There was no volume bar. So I unplugged my headphones and put them back in. That seemed to work and I just got used to listening to music like that. But these past couple days my headphones are hardly working and I'm so frustrated. Can someone please help with my problem.

Several ways to get similar results. Image > Adjustments > Posturize with low values similar to what you'd use n Cutout. This is the most flexible way I can think of as you keep the image in RGB mode with layers intact. A more radical approach would be to reduce bit depth using Indexed Colour. You'll need to experiment with settings, try changing Forced to Primaries, and Matte to Foreground Color. There's no going back from this route, although you can change the mode back to RGB to re-enable layers, adjustment layers etc.
A nice thing about the Filter gallery filters is that you can change the layer to a Smart object with all the control that gives you.
Now if only this forum could filter out bizarre content.

How can I view only the photos in the root of a parent folder?

I can view the parent folder for my photos, but when I select it, I see all the photos in all the subfolders. How can I filter the view to show only the files in the top-level folder?

On the top menu bar click Library
Uncheck the box “Show Photos in Sub-Folders”
You can re-activate at any time.

How can i read only .txt file and skip other files in Mail Sender Adapter ?

 I am working on scenario like , I have to read an mail attachement and send the data to R3.
 It is working fine if only the .txt file comes.
 Some times ,html files also coming along with that .txt files. That time my Mail adapter fails to read the .txt file.
 I am using PayLoadSwap Bean and MessageTransformBean to swap and send the attachment as payload .
 Michal as told to write the Adapter module to skip the files .But i am not ware of the adapter moduel . If any blogs is there for this kind of scenarios please give me the link.

Dude, netiquette. Messages like "i need this now! Do it!" are really offensive and no one here is being payed to answer anyone's questions. We're here because we like to contribute to the community.
Anyway, in your case, just perform some search on how you could filter the files that are attached to the message. The sample module is just an example, you'll have to implement your own. Tips would be to query the filename of the attachments (or maybe content type) and for the ones which are not text, remove them.
