How do I find a lost subfolder in Bridge?

My files are set up in Bridge as "my pictures/user/folder". One subfloder has disappeared. I h ave used the search command and it dioes not find the folder. Searched using file names that I know are in the sub folder, and that does not find it either.

Sometimes when you move a subfolder it gets stuck to another subfolder. So it you moved this file look near where you moved. If you see a>indicating another folder where you don't think it should be that is probably where it went.
Also check the trash just in case you moved it there.
The search may not work as you have moved the folder and it is now not indexed.
You should be able to find a file with Windows search.

You might try restoring a backup of your bookmarks.
1. From the menu at the top of the Firefox window bar, click the Bookmarks menu and choose Organize Bookmarks to open the Library window.

One way is through the Find My Phone application but provided that:-
1) the iPhone is connected to the internet (be it by way of Wifi OR data); and
2) you have previously activated the feature.
Then again, even if the above conditions are true, you will most probably only get the rough location of the phone and not the "exact" location of it.For instance, if the iPhone is in a high rise building with 60 floors, you will only know it is in the building but never which floor it is.
Unless you are carrying your laptop all around, activating the Siren would assist you in finding your iPhone.

As I said, and Varjak said, if it is setup in iCloud, login to iCloud from your comptuier or other device, click on Find My and find the entry for the iPod, and if it is turned on and connected to the internet it will show up.

It will only show if the device is turned on. And if someone else has it, they can turn that feature off. Your best options are to return to the location where you think you lost it, and see if anyone returned it. Also contact your local law enforcement.

Details: I shut down mail to run errands outside my office. My late model MacBook Pro was on "sleep". When I returned, I opened the application, and (RATS!) all the mailboxes were missing. They just evaporated.
Operating system: 10.7.2 - all software updates installed and current as of 24 hours ago (12-30-11, 6 AM EST).
ln the mail program, the trash folder is OK and the sent folder is OK.

That was most likely the result of some kind of corruption, as I've already said, not a bug in Mail. Have you repaired the hard drive with Disk Utility recently? That wouldn't be a bad idea.
2 - at random times, mail (or the server) says that my password is incorrect and I must reenter (fix: usually I can quit mail, restart, and the connection is restored without reentering my password)
This is a known issue, where a failure to respond promptly on the server's end mimics what happens when the password is rejected. There's no need to quit Mail, just cancel when asked to enter the password, take the account back online and try again.
3 - mail seems to resort the mail in my mailboxes at random time. Several times a day, I must reset the sort to (a) by date; (b) by desending
Never seen that before. That points more to some kind of possible corruption in your Mail data or preference files.
