Kodak no longer exists. In the US it's possible to use Shutterfly.
On Windows it’s possible to use File >> Export As New to make copies for uploading to on-line print services.

I currently export photos to a file and then upload to Kodak Gallery using their browse function. When I could use ofoto express I could drag and drop directly from Aperture. Is there anyway to copy directly to Kodak Gallery without having to export first?

I will defer to Sierra Dragon, one of the strongest advocates of Referenced Masters on this forum, but I suspect that your upgrade would only engage about 32 GB of HD space.
I have always used a Managed Library because I like the import-and-forget security.
AP2 arranges each master, thumb, and preview into a single folder. AP3 rearranges things so that all of the masters are in one folder, thumbs another, and previews in another. This has the advantage of making it easier to find your masters, should you ever have to open the Package and look for them.
AP3 is very nice and, with at least 4 GB of RAM, tends to be very speedy. Were I thee, I would force a TM back up and then turn it off while you run the upgrade. Turn it back on only when you are sure that all is well.
If you search this forum for posts around the time that AP3 first came out, you will find that there was a list of cache and pref files that sometimes had to be deleted. I believe that subsequent versions of the AP3 incorporated this into the program as I have not heard of that trick being necessary for years.
In my case, I had a 150 GB Managed Master Library, so I copied it out on an external drive and ran the upgrade there. Once I was sure that it had worked (and it did, first time), I copied it back. As you might imagine, 150 GB over FW800 took some time, but I had three copies of my Library at all times.
A final note, if you are committed to using Referenced Masters (as I now am, having sprung for a SSD) remember that they are write once/read many. That is, they are NEVER rewritten once they are out on disk. I have mine on a dedicated 250 GB and it never fragments. Your Library, on the other hand, reads and writes all the time, keep it on your largest, fastest disk.

When I click on "OK" I get this message: No catalog found in current directory. Click New
to create a new catalog. Open to open a catalog from a different folder or Exit to close

Message is about your catalog and not about photographs.
Photographs should be in their respective folders unless, you have moved them in the past....
Now how to locate your Catalog?
Search for "My Catalog" folder and when you find it, check its new location.
Launch Organizer, it will show a dialog to selet the catalog. Go to the location where "My Catalog" is and open it... Now if all the photographs are not-moved, you would be able to access. Otherwise start Reconnect missing files which hels us locating files which are moved to other locations and Organizer catalog is not aware...

You can install on many machines, activate only two, and are supposed to use only one at a time.

How to set Photoshop to show actual print size?

When I go to View Print Size the resultant image is smaller than the actual print size. How do I set PS to show the actual size on my monitor?

Measure the physical horizontal viewing length of your monitor. 11.25 inches for example.
Then the horizontal resolution your monitor is set to. 1280 pixels as an example. divide 1280 by 11.25 to get 113.77 pixels per inch, your screen resolution. Round it out to 114.
In Photoshop: Edit menu > Preferences > Units and Rulers, and in New Document Presets, change the Screen Resolution to 114. Click OK, restart Photoshop.
After that when you use View > Print Size, your onscreen rulers will match up to a physical ruler and your documents will be at the physical print size set in your document's dimensions under Image > Image Size.

How do I find the photo software that comes with J3608 printer?

I recently bought a computer with Windows 8.1 and downloaded the compatible printer driver for my All-in-One J3608 printer. On my old computer, with Windows XP, when I installed the same printer, it came with a photo program. But the new printer driver either doesn't come with photo program, or I can't seem to find it on my computer. I just want to edit my photos. Does the new printer driver come with a photo program or do I have to download one? Can you help? Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Forums!
I see that you are having trouble editing photos, I am glad to help you with this issue.
I would try the following steps:
1.) Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the Printer Software.
2.) Use the HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows, for the re-install.
See if that installs the photo program for you, otherwise try the software on another Windows XP machine. If it works on XP and not on Windows 8.1, then that means, that is the only software available for Windows 8.1.

Try a Spotlight search for the name you gave the document or use ⌘ + F & define your search criteria similar to what I have done in this screenshot.

How do I find a piece of artwork that only appeared at printing?

I have been working on redesigning a brochure based on a previous year. I updated all the images and text and sent it off to the printer the way it should look. When we got the brochure back, it had picked up an image that I never saw while working with the file. The printing company says the image was embedded in the file and appeared all along to them, but I cannot find any trace of it in my file. I have searched through every layer item by item to try and find it but it remains a mystery. I want to make sure that it does not appear in future prints of the file. Does anyone have any idea why this may have happened?

Adobe Illustrator CS3
Microsoft XP

I keep all the images that I am working with organized in subfolders of the main project folder so everything is kept together and can be easily transferred and found by anyone else who might work with the file in the future.
Ultimately, though, I do not even see an image or place holder of the image in my file at this point. I try to click on the spot where the image appeared and hide the elements around it so I can select it, but nothing I do makes it so I can even see a trace of the mystery image.

How do I find out what the EVENT CODES in the Printer Log mean?

My C310A has some event codes in it Web page under TOOLS, EVENT LOG.
Some it seems just indicate I printed out some reports. Others appear to be NETWORK RELATED?\
I have 69552, 74739, 74740, 74741, 74899 and 75900 showing.
Can anyone point to a URL to see what they mean or decode these for me?

I am accessing kodak gallery via photoshop. I live in the UK. My photoshop album gets uploaded to Kodak in the US as a default. When i change my location at the top right of the screen to UK, i lose my album. Any ideas how i can make the UK my default without losing photos.

In Photoshop Elements, you need to change your services location to UK.
In Preferences, select Adobe Partner Services. Click the Choose Location button and pick the UK.
Then, uploads will go to Kodak UK, and will be there when you select the UK kodak website.

How can I get a report with total number of pages printed on my HP Officejet Pro 8610?

Since knowing the number of pages I print is so critical to a choice of using the "HP Instant Ink Plan" or not, how can I find the total number of pages I have printed on my brand-new (installed 2 days ago) 8610? And if I can, is it a "resettable" or rolling total? Don't see anything in user guide and a search yields nothing usable on this blog.
Printer is installed wirelessly on an older PC with Windows XP SP3. I can also of course intstall it with network cable but so far it works OK on my home network without network cable. If it matters which OS, I also have a Lenovo laptop running Vista on which I can install this printer.
Please do not respond that I can find the total by counting the number of pieces of paper I have. Surely the internals of this fine machine must have the requested data so that HP can tell my usage if I select the monthly ink plan!
This 8610 was a good buy (net $89.00 after trade-in of my six year old J36xx Deskjet) at Office Depot/Max which of course influenced my decision to buy it. So far I am very happy with printing qualities and speed, have not tried the scanner yet and will probably never use the fax since I have no land line phone.

Section #2 of the Printer Ststus report will tell you. Please try:
Printer status report
Use the printer status report to view current printer information and ink cartridge status. Also use the printer status report to help you troubleshoot problems with the printer.
The printer status report also contains a log of recent events.
If you need to call HP, it is often useful to print the printer status report before calling.
To print the Printer Status Report
1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup.
2. Touch Print Reports and then touch Printer Status Report.
