How do I find my previous posts?

How do I find my previous posts?. Can not seem to get an answer to the problem of emailing to Gmail.

The overall 'Get help from real Apple folks' system has gone through some changes to help streamline and focus the issue to the contact instance.
I think you cannot just click a link and chat for any old reason - or even a previous or ongoing issue - probably never could
To get to the Live Chat again, you will need to follow the same procedure you did to get to that choice the first time

  • How do we find the previous error details in the monitor (details tab).

    Hi Experts,
While loading data to a target via PSA we got an error (ex. data error), we edited in PSA and reloaded to target from PSA successfully.
Here my problem is how do we find the previous error details in the monitor (details tab).
Kindly post your comments on this......
    Thanks in advance.......
    Regards,
    Sankar Reddy

    Hi,
While updating any request from PSA, you have to delete the first erroneous request from data target and then update the PSA request. If you do not delete the erroneous request, it will not allow you to update the PSA request.

  • ITunes 11.0.1.12 is a total disaster, how do I find the previous version?

iTunes 11.0.1.12 is a total disaster.  How do I find the previous version?

You can restore much of the look & feel of the previous version with these shortcuts:
Ctrl-B to turn on the menu bar.
Ctrl-S to turn on the sidebar.
Ctrl-/ to turn on the status bar.
Click the magnifying glass top right and untick Search Entire Library to restore the previous search behaviour.
You can also open the menu bar temporarily by pressing Alt.
To roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the 32 bit installer or 64 bit installer as appropriate, uninstall iTunes and supporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.

  • How do I delete a previous post?

I'd like to delete a previous post of mine, but it's been up for long enough that I can no longer edit it myself. Do I have to contact a moderator? If so, how do I do that?
    Thanks...

Unless there's something that for a privacy reason you want the information removed, just ignore it. Once people stop responding, the thread will eventually archive off the form. If you included contact information in the post or there's some other important reason you need it removed, you can post here:
    http://discussions.apple.com/forum.jspa?forumID=1076
and ask a Discussions Host to remove the problem post.

  • Installing LR 5 on my new mac, but only have upgrade serial number.  How can I find my previous LR serial number?

I cannot find my previous version serial number.  How can I locate?

Did you pass code locked it? If Find My iPhone is configured, you can do a remote wipe. Any way, go to the police and make a report, change your password in iTunes Store, really sorry, that's not much you could do. Is it authorize? If so you can deauthorize in iTunes when you select iTunes Sore under STORE (left panel) and click your Apple ID (top right)

  • How Do I Find My Previously Asked Questiions?

When I sign in, I would expect to be able to find my previously asked questions. Where are they?
This site is as ponderous as H**L.
A couple of days ago I was able to find the questions that I posted, but purely by accident.

    Hello Tony,
    two ways I found out:
    1. use Activity >>>
or 2. use key-/search words in "Search Communities"

  • How do I find my own posts

Can someone please tell me on this ridiculous new forum layout how I find my own posts ? And yes, I have tried searching my name but it doesn't bring up the post I am looking for from a few days ago.

What I have done is add a Watch A User widget - watching me - to my personalized home page here.  (See screenshot below.)  That lists all topics that I have ever replied to in date order, and of course only lists a certain number.  I've found that 30 is more than enough for me to keep up with...  I haven't ever had more than 30 different topics updated with new messages between visits, but I do check in fairly often.
BTW, for the future, questions about these forums are better asked in the Using Apple Support Communities forum.  That's what it's there for.

  • TS4006 how can I find a previous location of my mac

(it was less than 24 hours ago) and have already put in a request to lock the mac through find my iphone....the computer does have power but is offline and hasn't been connected to the internet since the request to lock the computer. It has been less than 12 hour since it was lost or stolen, and was connected to the internet before I logged out.
Is it possible to find the previous location of the Mac.....(find my mac was set up through icloud prior to this incident)

    No, unfortunately.

  • How do I find a previously edited timeline

I recently edited an episode of a web series and moved on to editing the next episode by starting a new project. I received notes from my producer on the first episode, and now, I have to go back to the previous project and edit it. Any suggestions on finding that previous project?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you editing on your own or someone's else's computer? Are you the only editor working in this environment or are you looking through other people's files?
What version of FCP X are you using? And is your signature correct that you're running Mavericks?

  • How can I find the previous position for my iPhone?

It's more then 24 hours since I lost my iPhone, and it seems like it's turned off/don't have more battery left. Is there any possible way to find the previous position of it, when it's more then 24 hours ago?? Please help me, desperate to find my phone, and to know where it was last seen would help me alot.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
Unless your phone connects to a cellular or wifi network while still using your iCloud account, it won't show it's location in Find my phone.

  • How do I find a previously saved version of a doc

I have spent over 5 hours on a doc that I opened in Pages this morning and was previously saved on my desktop. I have been saving it - like I always do - with apple + S BUT when I went to email this doc I just thought I should check it. It has nothing of my last 5 hours work on it.
Through the tears of frustration and bewilderment I have looked at and opened previous copies that were listed in Pages (right click on Pages and it shows previous versions of the doc) BUT none of them have my stuff on.
I don't know where else to look. I KNOW I saved it. It's an assignment and I saved it after I answered EVERY question. *cue more tears*
The prospect of spending another 5 hours on this is  .... well, let's just say I would rather find my previously saved copy that has just disappeared.
Any help would be most appreciated

    Arantha,
Click the document name at the top of the Pages window and choose Browse Versions. See if any of your late changes are there. Also, use Finder to search for files with a similar name, since it's possible that your latest changes were made to a copy of the document and you may be able to find that copy if that's the case.

  • How do I find a previous windows version. It's telling me to copy files and then delete old version.

When I got on my laptop today, I saw that there was a message from HP Support Assistant. It says that I have an older versions of windows and that the previous versions of windows was saved in a folder c:\windows.old. it says that the folder is very large and it recommends me coping any old files I want to keep and then delete the Windows.old to free up more disk space. It has a help column that says, "How do I backup my files from Window.old? When I do what it tells me to do, I can't find it. Could someone please help me? Thanks you.

Looks like a new OS has been installed/re-installed. Do you want to keep Windows.old folder for just in case? Otherwise you can delete it using the following instructions:

  • How do you find what you posted to the support forum?

Last night I posted a question about Firefox being unable to load certain https URLs, but now I can't find it. I would like to be able to find it to see if anyone has made any helpful replies. In the forum settings, I have the following checkboxes:
    Watch forum threads I start:
Watch forum threads I comment in:
Watch KB discussion threads I start:
Watch KB discussion threads I comment in:
    Send emails for private messages:
All of the above settings are checked, but I can't find where in the interface for these forums I should go to view the threads and comments that I am "watching."
I will bookmark this present support topic so that I can return to it later.
thank you for any help you can provide!

ha ha ha oh my god...
okay, thank you for the help... I see what the problem is... this web site's UI has a shortcoming...
    this URL:
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/home
appears to be the home page of the forums... but it is not....
the home page of the forums is buried in a link off to the side in a list labeled "For Contributors"... I mean... by seeking help in the forums, I'm now a "contributor"? ehhh... English... It'd be nice if the UI designers would use it...
the home page to the forums is found via this URL:
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions
See... whoever named that URL had the right idea... instead of
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/contributors , the person used:
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions
hmmm.... now if the heading on the right said:
    "For people with questions"
then I would have scanned it more closely, and I would have noticed "Support Forum Home" in the list.
I think the fact that so many people use Firefox is really a testament to how bad the other software out there really is, not to how good the Firefox stuff is or how responsive the firefox people are... E.g. is anyone going to actually learn from my above experience, and make the support forums easier to find?
Is anyone going to actually put a link to the forums in the dashboard for the account that is used to log into the forums?
    No, not a chance...
I mean, yes, I get that the link to the forums home page is always in the footer at the right, but come on, for crying out loud... so are stupid advertisements... it's a footer or side bar or whatever you want to call it... people are trained on a subconscious level, by now, to ignore that crap. If you were going to design a forum, would you take the most important links, and put them off to the side, where they are less likely to be noticed?
This is what I see when I bring up my dashboard:
    https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/630258
I mean, if you are a small time developer, with a few thousand users, you probably don't have the time or the resources to make something that's optimal... but when you have millions upon millions of users... optimizing your interface might be worth looking into.... you know... auditing the performance and effectiveness of your UI now and again might be a good idea... You take the few minutes that you waste a user with a confusing counter-intuitive non-standards-based interface, and you multiply that by millions of users, and what can I say... that's a *lot* of waste.
You don't even have an index of forum content... everything is found by searching... Imagine if you walked into a library, and they had NO catalog.. Instead, all books just tossed into a database, and the only way to find anything is by searching. That would be... just incredibly stupid.... That is what this forum interface is.
