How do I find my serial # for LR?

I subscribed to PS and LR through CC and downloaded them from there.  Now LR is asking for a serial #, and I can't find one.  I've been through the suggested process and it isn't working for me.  When I select My Products and Services, it says I have no registered products.

There is no serial number needed for CC products. 
If LR is asking for a serial number, then you have the non-CC version installed.  Uninstall that, quit the CC Desktop application, restart it, and look in the CC Desktop list of Apps for LR.  That is the version you need to install.  It is licensed any time you’re logged into the CC Desktop.

    Mac App Store (MAS) apps, per Apple, do not have serial numbers, activation codes or passwords. The MAS does not carry tial versions. It carries free and paid versions. A free version usually has less available features than a paid version of the same app.
    If you had a trial version of this app from another source from this same developer, you should have deleted the trial version before downloading the paid version from the MAS. The two versions have now become mixed together. You should get an app such as AppCleaner and completely delete this app and all associated files from your Mac. Then start over and download the paid version from the MAC from the Purchases pane.

    Thanks but unfortunately I don't have any of those items to do that. Just have the phone. We are a third party support provider for Pharma companies and they send in their HW when users leave the company or are let go. This particular client deployed this device outside of our company at some point so we did not have the luxury of recording that info when deployed. We also cannot reach the original user to obtain the passcode. All we need is the serial number but need a way to access that on the phone without the passcode and without resetting or restoring the phones IOS.
