I used the sample code from StamperUI.cpp as a starting point. I have tried 'LoadBitmap', 'LoadCursor' and 'LoadIcon' and none of these seam to work for me.
As I stated before, I used Visual Studio to create the icons in the resource file, so I would think that they would be recognized by the application.

It is possible that the app was removed from the App Store. If so you will not be able to get it back, unless you have it downloaded on your computer.
If you had downloaded it before and it is still in the store, you can go to the App Store app on your iPod and go to the Updates tab. Then you tap on "Purchased" and see if it is available to download from your previous purchases.

How can synchronized local imap folders be migrated to a new computer, without new download from imap server, so that everything is working as before?
I only managed to import synchronized folders (from old computer) to local folders in thunderbird at the new computer. Then I tried to move the messages to the folder of the imap account at the new computer where I temporarily limited the synchronization to one month. When I remove this limit the thunderbird program starts to redownload all the messages again nonetheless.
Since I have a dual boot system (Windows/Linux, thunderbird is installed twice) and have to pay for every megabyte, this is very annoying.Have you considered using a shared profile folder for the dual boot? so the two remain in sync?v It will require a drive both operating systems can access, but most people who dual boot have such. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_your_profile_folder_-_Thunderbird

Your pictures are not saved in iTunes Match; that is a music service. If you restore your device from a backup saved in iCloud, you will get pictures back, but any pictures taken since the backup will be lost, so you will want to import those to your computer first.

How do I find/restore files from items in secure (File Vault) home folder? How do I find/restore files that crashed when in finder of secure (File Vault) home folder? When I go into Time Machine, I see earlier dates but can't see files in my User File. I have File Vault turned on and see my home folder as a sparsebundle. Do I neede to restore this in order to see files in my home folder. When I click on it to restore it gives me an estimated time of over 2 hours. Also tried to restore an Excel file I was working on when computer hung, so lost it without saving or naming it. Does it exist anyplace and can I restore it?
Thanks. I had pretty much figured out from other posts that I had better turn off File Vault for my home folder and use a disk utility sparse bundel for little information I wanted to secure. The information about File Vault 2 in Lion was new and useful though.

You should always make sure that you put all of your music on your computer. From there you can sync it to whatever device you like
